This was obviously a lovely property in its day however, its now in need of a full renovation and new linens, mattresses etc. In a great location with so much potential but i would say its worse than basic as is.

Although the property is located at a very good distance to the beach and main street, the building requires complete renovation as it is very old. The room was cold and despite having an A/C in the room, it was not strong enough to warm up the room. The general condition of the room was poor and not very clean. Also the utensils in the room were not very clean and so not usable. The hostess was very nice and she gave us a choice between 3 rooms but unfortunately due to the nature of the building and rooms we will not be returning to this property.

I had a great time at Delphin Apart Hotel. Ayse and her husband are super nice and helpful. She speaks German fluently by the way.
I had a spacious room with a balcony for myself for a good price. There was a little kitchen where I could prepare my breakfast. And only a 2 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely come again :)

The rooms are seriously dirty and everything is very old. It's just nice to be so close to the sea. If you talk to Ms. Ayşe, woe to you, she is a problem-oriented person, not a solution-oriented one, but her husband Mr. Ahmet was very positive, may God bless you.

The hotel is extremely dirty. It's not a place for people to stay. The bed springs are sinking, the sheets are full of cigarette burns and hair filth. The kitchen is greasy and dirty. We were out of business, we wanted to leave, and they didn't give us our money. When we asked for our money, the hotel owner said "investigate whose hotel you came to" and threatened to kill us. Definitely don't go. Even one's life is in danger here.
