Sun Beach Park Hotel

Not a 4 star hotel. Yes it’s in a perfect position but the hotel is very very noisy especially in the evenings. Not just the entertainment but other guests are very loud. Constant banging about. The cleaning staff are especially noisy in the mornings and they seemed to gather for a loud chat right outside our door every morning. The food was awful, we came fully inclusive and only ate in the hotel 5 times before we couldn’t stand the food anymore. Especially broccoli cooked till it was brown for breakfast! The beds are like sleeping on a slap of concrete, the pillows are lumpy. Room was not that clean and not well maintained. In a family room and only 5 hangers in wardrobe and no drawers. Shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere. Air conditioning did not work. Side is beautiful and the restaurants along the beach are amazing.

Hotel was brilliant, rooms cleaned daily and the food was lovely , the staff were very accommodating and helpful . We were septical about the mixed reviews at first but I'm glad I didn't listen as it was completely wrong and we had a great time , even the locals were lovely and plenty of shops . Beach was literally down the road . We will definitely be staying here again in the near future . Thankyou sun beach for making us feel very welcome 😍

Where to start really there’s no entertainment until 11:30 and the two days they did have it was a show of different dances and then the next day we were told they’re would be an 80s music night but only played German and Spanish music we have a 1yo daughter who loves music but she couldn’t even dance or enjoy it as she didn’t understand. Yes she loved the lights around the part of entertainment but that was it they also tried to charge my wife €4 to have an ice coffee but someone before us asked for an iced tea and got it free the food is meh apart from those twisty cheese things god I could load a plate full of them but other then that there isn’t much choice of food when we arrived we were shown to our room which is small just enough for us both to live around and enough for our daughter to run around while we get ready the balcony is so small that we had to put the table over the other side just to make room our shower head has so much limescale on it and the drain is blocked and floods the shower when we asked to get it sorted out the man came and told me there was nothing wrong I couldn’t understand what he was saying either so I just told him to leave we still have a couple of days here but if I’m being honest I’d give this a miss it’s not worth it

I stayed here for a week in September with my husband. On arrival I didn't realize that our room didn't have a balcony so we paid 20 Euros to upgrade out room. The reception staff were very polite and showed us 3 rooms to chose form, we chose a room which was dated but clean and had all what we needed, The beds were fairly comfortable however we had single beds so as a double bed is not big enough for us both, we like plenty of room. The cleaner was lovely and our room was cleaned everyday and the shower was lovely and hot, so no issues with the room. The pools were fine but again if you wanted a bed in the sun you had to be up early and it is frustrating when there is towels on the beds and nobody sitting there but that's at most hotels. Entertainment was poor and that's all I will say on that, I didn't feel welcome joining in the games so I didn't. Bar staff were polite and welcoming. Food, my husband enjoyed the food but I struggled, some nights I couldn't eat it so I didn't. Breakfast was shocking if you are English, sprouts is not what you expect for breakfast, there was no toaster so again I struggled at breakfast. Overall the food was ok but no my choice. We met some lovely English people who we sat with on an evening a couple of times and made us feel very welcome. I have never met so many rude people in my life, the rude Germans gave the Germans a bad name, 90%was so rude and this, after a few days was frustrating, at one point one women stood in front of my husband and waved him to move, to which he didn't. The hotel is not for the English it is for the Germans. We did have a good holiday, we spent most of the time on the beach and out of the hotel. Would I go again? No but that's because the priced of drinks have doubled £15 for 2 drinks in the bars, 5 euros for a packet of crips and a can of coke. It has doubled in price in a year so we wont be going back the shop and bars make up the prices as they were different every day. Beach is close where your sunbeds are free and a short walk to the old town. So if you want a cheap base then stay here but I would advise you spent a little more and get a better hotel.

About as basic as you get for the money , no where near enough loungers so be prepared for lounger wars from 5am ! Room very small but clean , no shower gel only bar soap , shower cubical tiny , water topped up daily , cleaners are fab 👌 Breakfast , hope you like omelette the rest is veg Pic shows cat eating omelette ingredients, didn’t have breakfast this morning. Snack bar preferred choice, pasta , burgers, only had fries out once in 7 days ! Pool bar closes evening for the staff to head up to main restaurant so if your not eating evening meal you won’t be drinking here they expect you to sit at very warm humid lobby bar Cocktails extra €4-6 Entertainment 8:30-9:30 that’s your lot 😂 Overall we had a fab time made it our own I would stay here again as self catering it’s a great base point ,Local bars and restaurants are on point , hotel mainly caters for Germany and Russian Good location

I am currently in Side at the Trendy beach hotel which it lovely. I am coming back on 30th September so before I changed my hotel I thought I would have a look at the hotel. On arrival at reception I was met by a lovely man who was helpful. I explained why I was here and her asked his colleague to show me around. The man was lovely and took me around the hotel. The rooms were clean and so was where I walked. In first impression I was happy what is saw. I am looking forward to coming back in October so I am hoping after my visit today we will have a lovely time. The location is perfect for the beach and old town. Would I would say is the hotel is not as good as Trendy beach however it was t going to be as I have come with a friend and paid the same price for myself as I have for myself and husband at the sun park. So as they say you get what you pay for and if you want luxury then go and pay for it. X
