I booked this apartment for the night. When I arrived the lady was absolutely drunk out of her head, very rude and unprofessional sat on a table getting drunk with loads of men being very loud having a party outside customers rooms.. when they took us up to the room it was an absolute hell hole. There were cockroaches running around . None of the lights worked in the apartment it was nothing like what was advertised the pool that was advertised was a black disgusting mess. It looked like a sewage pool. On the advert it looked lovely which was one of the reasons we booked but I was absolutely revolting. We refused to stay in this disgusting hell hole. Asked for a refund and they refused. We slept in our van outside the building. Baring all this in Mind Even trip.com refused to give us our money back. What an unprofessional company. Be ware. Do not use!!!!! C

When we got to the room, we took a quick look around. The oven was disgustingly dirty, the refrigerator was full of water, and the floor was soaked as soon as we opened the door. There were no curtains in the bedroom or bathroom, so anyone who wanted to see inside could only crane their necks in. The ventilation in the bathroom was missing its lower part, so anyone who wanted to could see inside easily. The curtains were truly inadequate, allowing the hotel next door to see right through. The walls were extremely dirty; we walked in with white socks and came out completely black. The dishes were extremely dirty. The stovetop wouldn't work. There were no shampoos, slippers, or hair dryers, etc., that should have been provided. The bathroom water never got hot, and we had to shower with cold water. The sofas had a foul smell, and they were incredibly dirty. Was this a hotel experience that wasn't worth the price we paid?

In the description of the room (what is available) it was indicated 90% of what was not there in the end. Don't expect: a hair dryer, slippers, cleaning accessories, there was not even a kettle, although even if there was, it would be useless, because there were no dishes, no table. The doors to the toilet are most likely broken in all the rooms (in the photo I showed a gap between the door and the wall). Well, at least there was liquid soap at the bottom of the bottle. The room was very shabby. The bathroom door fell down and was not repaired. The towel rack and shower gel box in the bathroom fell off. The wall and corners beside the bed and refrigerator were covered with dust. The balcony was covered with fallen leaves. The cups of the previous guests were still in the room. The beds were shabby, one was long and the other was short. What's more annoying is that we booked three one-bedroom apartments with kitchens, but we were only given one one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, one without a kitchenette, and one with a bathroom of only seven or eight square meters. Ctrip customer service contacted them, but they hung up the phone many times and ignored us with a very bad attitude.

The room would have been ok for the price we paid until we realised at night that the "shower" didn't have the hose and shower head. AND there was no hot water! The hottest it got was just lukewarm. Impossible to "shower" with that at 10 degrees C. I went out to look for the person who checked us in in the afternoon but he was nowhere in sight. Then I messaged him through Agoda but there was no reply even until now. So for the 1st time in the 2 weeks travelling in Turkey we skipped a shower. Minus the shower and hot water, it was way overpriced! I want my $ back!

The room was big and had comfortable beds. Our room also had a kitchen with a fridge. Stayed here for 10 days. The room was very clean when we arrived. Calm and nice pool area and the staff is very friendly. Many nice restaurants in the neighborhood. I can recommend this hotel.
