Not our first Tui holiday by any means and after previous mixed experiences - due to accommodation not being entirely as marketed and booked, there was a certain amount of pre-visit caution - especially at the higher pricing. However, we need not have worried - as beginning with the welcome (including a very appreciated drink after the delays en route) for guests who were later than expected, then 'crashing out' in what, at first sight, looked a very nice room - it was a good start. Daylight, breakfast and un-packing into plenty of space did nothing to down-grade that very good first opinion. What are the reflections after seven days? The hotel and staff undoubtedly deserve their excellent reputation and rating. The hotel is in a good location - with nice outlooks in a well built up resort. Not adjoining the beach but close and usefully with its own private section of it, across the promenade. Pleasant walks along the promenade - especially Eastwards to the 'Old Town'. A good sized pool - perhaps 22m max. and enough sun-beds - unless perhaps you wanted to toast absolutely all day (unwise anyway). We always found a pair of beds - even after first going off-site and returning later. Our room - not huge but with everything you needed, including good beds, chair and chaise-longue, plus table & comfortable chairs on balcony. Enough plug sockets - important nowadays. Huge choices of good food at every meal. Even if we hadn't had one a-la-carte meal as part of our package, we would not have felt short changed - such was the variety of the buffet selection three times daily. No issue with the wines that came as part of the 'all-inclusive' and we tried all the versions plus of course that standby of 'Efes'. The hotel would not be so very, very good without its staff. From the first (belated) arrival in the early hours to boarding the coach back to the airport, we were brilliantly looked after. From the cleaners and gardener (who keep the hotel and grounds immaculate), through all the others, up to Ergin the General Manager, they are working hard - to better even its current amazing ratings. Being bad on remembering English names, let alone Turkish ones, we can't name names - so very many of them - but they all looked after us so excellently. The holiday began with me unwell on leaving the UK and my wife then took over the virus mid-week. The fact that we managed to nevertheless have such a good, enjoyable, relaxing holiday was due to the fact that we were staying at the Tui Blue Barut Andiz and immediately on arrival knew that we would be well looked after . Thank you so very much Ergin and your team. We hope to see you in 2026.
