Premier Inn London Sidcup

Very affordable and comfy hotel! there's a kettle with free coffee, thermoregulated room and television too! Clean bedsheets and soft pillows!

Good check in and room was on floor one which was perfect for reception and restaurant. Few minutes from Sidcup station.  Room was fine but toilet broke late at night and we had constant noisy water running in toilet.  Overall apart from that everything was good. Had late checkout and they Stored bags for few hours. If was to return would stay again. 

My experience of staying at the Premier Inn London Sidcup Hotel was a mixed one, with its location perhaps its strongest point, but definitely some areas are in urgent need of improvement. The location of the hotel is convenient, with walking access to local amenities and good transport links to London. It is also worthy to highlight the courtesy of the staff. While not particularly outstanding, their assistance met the basic expectations for hospitality.​ The entrance of the hotel is perhaps the strangest one I have seen, as the reception is on the first floor of the building. The entrance was poorly lit, without any signage that would tell you where the reception is. The lift was out of order in that floor as the call button was broken. It was not a good first impression. The room was generally in good order, featuring clean and comfortable bedding alongside a quality mattress, which contributed to a restful night's sleep. However, the carpeted floor, an armchair and a wall had noticeable stains. The bathroom and the towels were clean, but the soap dispensers at the washbasin and had a layer of gunk. The 'free' internet service was totally useless, the connection was extremely slow—unusable for anything. I ended up paying an extra £5 for the premium Wi-Fi just to have basic functionality. I don't think it's acceptable to nickel-and-dime for a decent internet speed in this day and age, especially for a hotel in this price and service category. Overall, the Premier Inn London Sidcup Hotel offers a decent stay with comfortable bedding and functional basics, but the stained furniture and carpeting, and the disappointing Wi-Fi service left a poor impression.

Premier Inn Sidcup is a deeply disappointing experience. It feels as though the hotel has been completely forgotten by the chain. Before booking, take the low and negative reviews seriously; any positive ones seem suspiciously like they come from staff. The rooms are neglected and unhygienic. Bathrooms are poorly maintained with leaking showers and spongey floors from continuous water damage. The bedding is shockingly filthy, with stains that appear to be blood or bodily fluids on chairs and elsewhere. The rooms are unbearably hot, with no fans or air conditioning that blows out hot air. Breakfast was equally poor: barely enough food for a handful of guests, with hardly any sausages, bacon - no eggs ready. To top it off, the staff are uninterested and rude. Overall, this hotel is dreadful and should be avoided!

The whole place is clearly understaffed and it shows. Rooms were filthy, towels stank, water pressure in the sinks was a joke, and the air con didn’t work properly. The hotel itself is in a shocking state! Stained and scuffed walls, broken fixtures, stained carpets. Just completely neglected. Nothing felt clean or looked cared for. Breakfast? Undercooked rubbish. Honestly not worth even going down for. All the glowing reviews talking about how “clean” it is and how “lovely” the staff are? Clearly written in-house. Same copy-paste nonsense, no real guest would describe this place that way. Avoid at all costs.

Lovely place and nice people and very nice very very friendly and nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!again very nice people and very nice rooms and very nice place for a hotel just very nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!
