Luisa Hotel

We arrived late about midnight, to be greeted by Chrissa , the very friendly and helpful lady. She kept the bar open for a late drink to. Apartment was clean and spacious. Could do with little bits of finishing off but overall good. A traditional place and well set out. Pool and bar area is clean and well maintained with a good selection of food and drinks available. Set back slightly from the road so quiet and tranquil. Location is perfect for numerous bars and restaurants all putting their own twist on local dishes so choice is aplenty. Shops sell all you need to get by with. A 5 minute steady walk to both Apotripiti and Sidari beaches is a lovely bonus. Canal d'amore is lovely. A 15 minute walk to the more livelier ***** offering late night music and entertainment. We had an amazing time at Luisa thanks to Chrissa, Maria, Takis, Spiros and all the other staff. A special mention to the cleaning team for doing a great job . We have re booked for 2026 as we absolutely loved our time there.

rooms could do with updating apart from that overall good ,cleaned every day pool and bar good and staff friendly , not far from beach and bars

Started off bad but turned out lovely. We arrived by taxi at 1.30am to be met by about 4 greek people telling us to go in a clapped out old banger and this little greek man basically bundled us into this car with hay on the seats. It was like out of a comedy. We were then driven on the Rd to waste land and got out. He then lugged our very heavy case up the steps to room no.1 which was large and very clean. Fresh flowers left. WiFi code. Free safe. Fresh juice and water in fridge. Bathroom was dated but extremely clean which is a massive issue for me!!!! The 1 bed apartment was large with 2 balconies. Mosquito netting doors too so no air con was needed. The cleaner was so friendly and cleaned the room every day. Towels every other day. The beach was about 5 mins down the Rd and you're amongst tavernas and shops. We tried the receptionist the next morning but no one about. We asked the bar lady who was helpful as we said we had no hot water. We tried again later and a lady was on reception and she said your hot water issue has been fixed and it had! Best shower ever !! Powerful and hot. We tried reception again to hand passports in.but never saw anyone again. Even though these apartments are dated and not by the pool as shown in photos etc I would stay again as it was out of the way. Negative points... Next doors dogs howling every night and barking to all the other dogs. I actually enjoyed looking out at the views from my balcony as the scrubland was a car park. But it made it interesting.

Fantastic stay again. Staff fabulous. Room newly decorated. Maria, Chrissa and Leah friendly and helpful as always Pool beautiful and clean. 100% back again next year. Location perfect.

Visited this the hotel the following year and would never go back. The staff are far from friendly and have no interest in you. There were people staying at the apartments who left their towels over their chosen sun-beds the whole time they stayed and nothing was done by the management to prevent this. The Luisa apartments have certainly gone down hill.

We were in the annex right on the main road,the apartment was very spacious and clean, the house keeping staff was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble,we had a few issues but these were soon resolved.The food in the pool side snack bar was excellent and the pool area very clean as was the pool only criticism was that the sun loungers were very low and uncomfortable. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
