Receptionist service need to be improve. We were asked to wait while check in, we stay and wait at the lobby for 1 hour but receptionist didn't inform us when the rooms were ready, until we asked again. Should 1st come 1st serve. Rooms were clean and hotel location good. Breakfast good with variety of food.

Check-in late, one of the staff at the front desk who was nearer to me keep playing with mobile phone while the other who was further away answered my questions.
Overall room condition is good, but need to wait for a long time before I can get hot water in the shower.
Location is good, near to night market and a few famous places.
Breakfast is basic but up to the standard.
