Lovely historic hotel in the centre of Sibiu. Great facilities, including parking. An excellent breakfast is included. Rooms are comfortable but a little tired.

I will absolutely not recommend or book again this hotel.
Very noisy hotel .
I am from catering industry, and I did recognise that the hotel have apprentice staff working. But those same staff did make massive noise and party during that night at the hotel so we couldn't sleep until 1AM.
Thanks to the receptionist and security guard that resolved quickly the problem .
Hotel is very old and need massive refreshments.
Room pictures have been photoshop big time!!!

Found 2 individuals from the hotel preparing to put up Xmas decorations’ despite do not disturb sign on door and nobody from the hotel advised or called me to let me know. When raised to the manager, she seemed more concerned that I asked them to leave my room rather than the fact they were there. Felt like a scam of some sort so promptly checked out (was meant to stay another night). Hotel is in a great location, rooms are tired and old, needs massive refurbishment and need for staff to understand customer service and respect guests room privacy. So many other better options in the town square for example Rabbit Hole. Would avoid at all costs.
