The worst hotel i stayed in Romania, at max a 2 star hotel.The breakfast is a joke, everything is dirty and unwashed, it is not even ok for a 2 star hotel. Be careful what you choose and read the reviews very carefully. Do not choose this location, I do not recommend it at all. We arrived in the evening and they did not even have water to buy (not even a single bottle of water). And read the answer of the manager for bad rw, you will see the truth about this.

We chose this hotel due to location mainly. 5 mins by transport to the old town We had a fantastic stay. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The place was spotless too. The owner was delightful making sure we had everything we needed and we were happy. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has underground parking and a couple of spaces at the front. We just used UBER to get to the old town, but there are plenty of buses going past and the bus stop was very near. All the rooms face the back therefore it was quiet and we had a lovely balcony to sit on. Would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend.

Our stay left us with mixed impressions. We want to highlight the helpful and friendly staff. Nevertheless, the hotel category (4 stars) as well as the high average ratings on booking platforms (＞90%) are not accurate and comprehensible.

Our stay at this hotel was awful. This could be a three star hotel at best but certainly not four. Yes the staff was helpful but they knew about the existing problems and did nothing to solve it. Our shower was leaking, the bedsheets had stains, they even served expired yogurts. That on top of the fact that only breakfast was served in a Swedish buffet style and if the food was gone they would not replace it. In the evening you couldn't even chose what you could eat, you were given the bare minimum. At least the beds were comfortable and the location was good. At check out they also beg you to give a good review and they'll give you a discount. Never going again.

We had a great time and the accommodation at Anastasia Hotel was above our expectations. It is in a very good location . The owner who then helped at the reception as well, was exceptional friendly and helpful. He gave us all the direction we needed to go around. Thanks!!! I do recommend this hotel Martin and Sorina Millson

Sehr laut zur Straße raus, Zimmer extrem warm, wenig Stauraum und Ablageflächen. Frühstück ausreichend und gut.
