Clean, with decent service.
(A little skeptical about the service of the Asian employees - a little inexperienced - but always kind and helpful)
It doesn't have the best location in the city but it's a quiet area.
It doesn't have the best breakfast but big plus for fresh oranges!
I don't approve of the policy with the spa and pool paid separately

We only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed our stay, especially the concert by the Flarmoni orchestra at the black church near the hotel. You can feel the quality of the place from the moment you check in at the front desk. The next day, breakfast was also very healthy and rich, with different options. We would choose to stay at this hotel again if we visit the city.

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Menschen. Ich hatte ein schönes Zimmer mit allen was man braucht. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Leckeres Essen und gute Cocktails. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und hochwertig.
Das Spa war mein Highlight. Besonders Christina ist wirklich bemüht dass man sich entspannen kann. Ich genoss auch 2 Massagen, welche meinen Rücken wieder freundlicher stimmten.
Ein gutes Hotel in einer sehr schönen Stadt.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The pool and sauna area is superb, with a variety of options that are very well maintained. We also enjoyed a couples’ stress-relief massage which was absolutely fantastic – we felt completely relaxed afterwards. The room was spacious, clean, and welcoming, with everything in perfect order. The restaurant area is also worth mentioning: pleasant décor, a relaxing atmosphere, a very tasty pizza, and a flavorful cocktail that we truly enjoyed. The receptionist was kind and even waived the breakfast charge for one day. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel in Sibiu, very close to the city center, awsome Spa with wellness and special facilities. Very tasty and wide options for breakfast. Free parking. I just had to write about this amazing place. I stayed here with friends from London but we met up with friiends from Sibiu, It is in very picturesque grounds and the food has a lovely Romanian twist. What blessed me more than anything was the politeness and professionalism of the staff. The waiters were very polite. Also, I was out in the grounds and a young guy with short hair and a beard was picking up leaves and making the grounds look really tidy. I don't know his name but he was a credit to the hotel because he was polite and helpful. I will definitely come to this place again.
