Very great Hotel with Pool and good breakfast and balcony..

There were bed bugs on my bed and pillows! It is not acceptable. The staffs are nice to help me change the room. But such thing should not happen at the first place. The location and amenities are good. The breakfast is also ok.

I had a room in this hotel. Is a nice hotel with friendly staff but I shal never come back. I was booking a room attracted by the fact that I have seen a nice pool and what can be more relaxing than a swim after a hard day. What a mistake to belive this… as I had discover, every day they had swim courses for small kids… is a 4 stars hotels where the rooms are not cheap and you expect some quality… Pool was full with noisy kids splashing around, a trainer who was yealing non stop… an horible experience. After 5 minutes I left the pool and enter in the locker room to dry my hair… second mistake… full of kids staff spreeded everywhere, large open doors and crazy mothers entering non stop to check the kids thinks. For God sake is a man locker room… So never ever again this hotel even if the rooms are nice and a very good food.

Amazing hotel. I stayed for 6 days in a business trip and was quite impressed. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms big and very modern and always clean. The breakfast is great and unexpectedly full of everything you may need! Really great experience! And the restaurant and evening bar...service is 5 of 5! And all this because of a great management and the staff. Livia Hoffman, the GM is making sure everything is above and beyond expectations! I have already recommended this hotel for friends and business partners from US. Looking forward to visit again. Thank you @LiviaHoffman!

Unprofessional personnel totally lacking the proper training and education..... Rooms without all the amenities.... Lack of a manager or in-charge person în a peak period of tourism! Indoor pool în deplorable conditions, smelly and without any supervision kind of supervision respecting the respect of the rules.... Waiting more than one hour to get some water from the bar!

Disco noise from the discotheque approx. 400 m away all night long until shortly before 7 am. Obviously a problem known to the management but unresolved (see also previous feedback on this issue). Very friendly and understanding staff provided a different room with less noise during the night - supposedly in an accommodating manner - a little less noisy, but still an acoustic ordeal. However, it turned out afterwards that I had to pay for the move. If this was a way of increasing turnover, would it be a little harder for the management to deal with the noise? Without any night's sleep, all the criteria of a hotel (e.g. facilities, cleanliness, breakfast) remain irrelevant to me. Anyone who is not *very* tough when it comes to booming night-time noise is simply lost in this hotel, at least at weekends.
