Amadria Park is a large resort with multiple hotels (including Jakov) and a camping site etc. Eerie empty this time as season with perhaps 5 kids families. Accommodates large groups and conferences to generate out of season business. Hints: Do not book suites as they are all overlooking (noisy) aqua park with limited sea view and less than ideal layout. 5 stars given exclusively for reasons of the employees - some young and inexperienced but all went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A few hickups were managed via free upgrades and vouchers to the benefit of both guests and hotel. Contact hotel direct via email. Default pricing via website out of season much too high. Final hint: Rent a boat (150-160€/day) within the resort and go across the strait to the island Zlarin and anchor up in one of the many beautiful little bays on the south-eastern part of the island. Also possible to sail into old part Sibenik etc.

Welcome: When we arrived, we had to wait at least 45 minutes until we could check in. After a long journey(with two small hungry children), we did not need an extensive check in and therefore I think we did not have a good idea of what facilities were available. Breakfast Waiting times: -You have to fight for a table, even during times when it was indicated it would be quiet. -At one times, 3 of the 4 coffee machines were out of order. -A long queue for ‘lemonade’? No fresh juice, or, say, fresh mint or ginger for tea. -We missed out on scrambled eggs and croissants. Of course, some items may run out, however, these are the essentials of a breakfast should be available at all times. Especially since when you lose your spot from the row you have to start from the beginning again. Assortment: -Little to no variety except the fruit which was very good. Breakfast general: -We tried our best to say good morning to staff behind the buffets however we were not given a glimpse. We feel it is important to pass on to our children that you should treat someone with respect at all times but especially in the case of employees who work hard to provide service. -We saw many guests shoving pancakes, yoghurt drinks and fruit in their bags to be eaten by the pool in the afternoon. -We saw a manager making a couple of waitresses very inappropriately put them to work. -During breakfast, plates or bowls were not taken out so many tables were very messy. -Lots of unnecessary disposables being used. Bar: Also long queues and I wanted to thank the lady behind the pool bar for the drinks made. I didn't get the chance to do that, I found this really rude. The drinks were firmly at the price. Which is fine when served in a luxurious manner. However, there was no consistency in the drinks served, one time a lot the other time little, then in a glass and then from a plastic cup. Tap water that was offered was also empty at many times. Swimming pool: We found it very disappointing that there was not 1 slide present. Of course in the water park which as a hotel guest you don't even have access to there were many. But the website gives you the impression that there are plenty of opportunities to slide which is not so. In the small pool, I fell down because it was extremely slippery, leaving a bruise on my leg. I later saw others slip here too. One day, we arrived at the pool at 4:30 PM and were informed that there were no towels available. When I inquired if there might be towels at the other hotel, I was told to "try and see." I was quite frustrated, as this does not seem very service-oriented. I asked to speak with the manager, but their whereabouts were unknown. Additionally, many of the towels provided had yellow stains and/or holes. While there were plenty of sunbeds, there were far from enough umbrellas (many of which were also damaged) or shaded areas. Many guests place their towels down before breakfast, so if you arrive at the pool around 11 AM, you're left withou

We've been staying at this hotel for years, and it’s become our favorite family getaway. The staff is always welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. Our kids love the pool, and there are plenty of family-friendly activities to keep everyone entertained. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals that cater to both adults and kids, making dining easy and enjoyable. We look forward to our stay every year and can’t wait to return next year! This place truly feels like our home away from home.

The hotel is just perfect for us, for a big family everybody finds something for themselfs. The kids can play in the pool while the adults can chill and worry about nothing. We’ve been coming here for a few years now and we will definitely be seeing you next year. Thank you for the best summer.

We are a family of 4 and stayed at this hotel for a week and returned to UK earlier this week. As a background, we spent two lovely weeks in Croatia, the best part being a serene and peaceful Air BnB surrounded by olive groves, mountains and rivers in Omis. On arrival at this hotel for whatever reason I immediately got a bad vibe and I trust my intuition. There was a frustrated guest complaining at reception. Check in was slow and the card machine was thrust under my nose to pay before I had even had chance to change pounds to euros on my card. I then attempted to park my car. I drove round the car park 5 times going demented unable to find a space! I already wanted to leave before seeing the room! The fact that the hotel charge for parking is a complete disgrace and if you try and park outside you will be fined. This is entrapment and leaves a bitter taste in your mouth before you’ve even started. Even worse, if you dare not park in a marked bay you will receive a printed A4 reminder on your car. They are everywhere. It massively brings the tone of the place down. One morning I was lucky to have 3 on my car! Any respectful hotel offers complimentary parking and adequate spaces for their guests. I tried to cool down in the swimming pool but it was packed and young children jumping in off rocks with no life guard or supervision. The rooms are adequate with little storage and the air con would only go down to 24 degrees which is unacceptable. Of course this is centrally controlled to reduce costs. From where we had been the whole thing of I’m honest felt like an overcrowded prison. The worst thing by far though is the attitude of some of the staff. Totally awful! After our check in we really wanted to just get out the place. The lady we spoke to on reception attempted to help us but really didnt know what she was doing, unable to confirm or commit to how much of a refund we were due. We were sent to a sales lady ( not the correct person to deal with) in the morning. She was rude, unhelpful, argumentative and confrontational. When asked why she was behaving like this she said “I have to’” the team need a proper lesson in what professional and courteous customer service looks like because they really haven’t got a clue. One night in the trattoria again the service was diabolical! I asked a male waiter to check where our food was after 45 minutes and he just said you will have to wait like everyone else! I said excuse me! Could you please check with the kitchen!? He stone cold refused and my blood began to boil. I couldn’t believe how rude he was so I rose my voice at him. He then proceeded to ask me for a fight later! Unbelievable. We then went to buy sweets for the kids. There was a problem with them and the lady was unwilling to change or help again being argumentative. In this area there was a metal plate which was a proper trip hazard and I told a member of staff that seemed completely disinterested. There unfortunately is just a really ba

We had a great time, everyone was very friendly, there was a wide variety of food, and everything was delicious. The kids loved the water park. The room was nicely furnished, clean, and the beds were comfortable, so we slept well at night. :) The beach was beautiful and clean, with plenty of activities (water playground, mini-golf, etc.). There were good programs in the evening, and the kids really enjoyed them too. The pool water was a bit cold, but it was actually refreshing in the hot weather. :)

booked this hotel after seeing reviews that mentioned there were a lot of extra costs but just thought it would be fine, especially as they were over a year ago. The hotel looks nice and has great facilities and we can always pop out of the hotel to eat dinner out or go to a local shop for bits if needed! I thought in my head we can just park elsewhere and we will be fine! HOWEVER! The hotel is a huge complex that is surrounded by a very large fence with guards at the entry points with no matter what, you have to park inside the resort at 12 euros a day and if u park outside which is a quiet street, you get a ticket! You have no choice! The resort of 5 hotels is huge and if you are in Croatia to see the country it’s not really the best place to stay! You have to park in their grounds and even if u go out for the whole day and just park on a night it is the same cost! The security staff at the gate when u do arrive don’t ask how you are, and tell you to have a nice day, they literally just ask which hotel? Then they tell u which way you need to go! That is if u can find a space! No smiles or anything! You mention it to the staff in the reception and they have a very well rehearsed line of “well it’s on our website!” Brilliant! Great a frustrating response! Very clever! Check in was fine and didn’t take too long, the lady was pleasant but not very enthusiastic or smiley! We got a nice kid (bell boy) to take us to the room. The rooms are fantastic with comfortable beds, air con is not that cold but manageable! You get a bottle of cheap fizz and then no information on the mini bar prices! We call down to reception but you can’t as there is no number for reception so you have to walk down! We had a small bottle of coke from the fridge! Got a bill for 5.70 euros!! Come on! Breakfast is 22 euros and is nothing compared to the hotel we had come from on Brac which had a lot more selections and fruit and was included in our stay! It was shocking in comparison with very moody staff, no one smiling, saying good morning or making you feel welcome! The indoor waterpark is still being built and our room was close to the building site! There was banging every morning from 7am! I informed the staff and they said they were full so we couldn’t move! No apology or let’s see what we can do! Just we are full!!! They couldn’t say the rehearsed line of look at the website as it says on there ready for June 2024! You got fleeced for more money for anything you wanted to do and the prices were not local prices, but doubled at least! The trattoria restaurant staff were the rudest I have ever come across and complained that they were working very hard in the heat! It was 120 euros for 3 pizzas and a few drinks! Insane! I know that I will get a response of thank you for your feedback but I have seen that from a year ago and nothing has changed so I doubt you’ll change any of your ways! I heard a girl complaining about the loud, crazy swimming pool and a man responded with,

Good points: Nice clean hotel, good pools. Lots of free sunbeds. Buffet is good. Play station room is great. Friendly staff. Bad points: Extortionate prices for food and drink. For example a small bottle of coke €4,50 / Bottle of house wine €34. Not good if you enjoy watching any kind of sport, for such a big resort you would expect an option. Warning: Water park attached to the hotel is not included, it is €35 per person per day!
