We booked a king room but we got surprised that they prepare a twin room which make a king room. We checked the room and found that the room is a twin room. We need to come back and change the room and waited around 30 mins. The staff has a little confused and doesn’t good manage for checked in. The other service is very good. A breakfast is very good and has a kid corner.

Great hotel, I'm a returning customer But many things need fixed. I don't know if the hotel is trying to save money , but two elevators don't work, there is no air conditioning in the lobby ( and it's Summer) Rooms are beautiful, but sometimes it takes 5 minutes to get an elevator. I can understand it being broken for a day , but I read other reviews that they have been broken for months.. Great hotel. But needs a lot of improvement. It's still one of the best in Sriracha

Location: The location is very good. Opposite Robinson Sriracha Department Store, in front of the alley there are Tops Daily as well, very comfortable. Room and cleanliness: The room is very clean. Use the key card to enter the room Spacious room There is a full kitchen utensils, including microwave, stove, dishes, bowls, spoons and large refrigerators. The air conditioner is very cool. And the air conditioner is very clean Bathroom: There is a bathtub, a wide bathroom, a toilet without a spray line. But it is a sprinkler system installed with the toilet, so it is convenient. The lack of room facilities is a hair dryer (Hair dryer). I tried to find it but I couldn't find it. Breakfast: Considered full for breakfast. Most of them go out in Japanese food style. Clean hotel, spacious rooms. Had to stay for 1 day quarantine. Pros Well organized transportation from the airpot to take drive through Covid test and driving to hotel. Great customer service upon arrival and very friendly hotel personnel cons Breakfast food provided was not good, fruit was not fresh, meal looked awful and did not taste good (imho) too much plastic is used. there was a new regulation issued regarding second PCR test at the end of December and some people were confused with old and new rules that applied to them after they are discharged from hotel. hotel management was not aware how to help with this issue Overall great stay, reasonable price. Highly recommend to others I stayed there just for one day so I cannot comment about other facilities or surrounding. Worked great for in and out to complete quarantine requirements.

We were here for a friends wedding and had a family suite booked that could comfortably sleep 6, but we only had 3 guys. The manager can speak very fluent english and knows the area really well. His suggestions on restaurants and things to do were top class. Room was spacious and they gave us a complimentary in room breakfast on our last morning there. Thanks for a comfortable stay

I am staying for a long time for on business. I have all the tools me need for life. If there is something wrong with the equipment in the room, it will be fixed immediately. I was surprised at how quickly they responded to my requests for improvements so that I could live comfortably. The view from the room is not good to compliment. However, location that is convenient for shopping including Robinson and food cart. Close to the sea and sports park, convenience is good. There is also a tuk-tuk platform in front of Robinson, so it is convenient to go out on holidays. I would like to use the next long stay.

I really can’t fault this hotel the rooms are very clean and maintained, equipped with everything you need for the duration of your stay. The staff are wonderful very helpful and courteous, always willing to go above and beyond what is needed. The food is excellent with a good variety to choose from. The hotel it’s self has a pool, gym, sea views and is well situated with access to public transport, shopping and parks.
