Clean room, good atmosphere, suitable for relaxing a lot. The price is worth the convenience and good service.
The Loft Seaside Sriracha

We stay here regularly ahead of an annual hospital visit - just 200m away. We always choose a sea view room, which is well appointed and clean with a comfortable bed. Japanese toilet and essential toiletries supplied in the bathroom. Decent Japanese restaurant and other food choices within easy walking distance and a Family Mart across the road. Reception staff not particularly welcoming and be prepared to pay a 500THB key deposit. The breakfast was extremely disappointing from a Westerner’s point of view. Very limited choice. They cooked an omelette for me, but it was tiny. Otherwise frankfurter sausages, fried egg and toast were all that was available. Oh for some bacon! There was also fruit, left open for the flies to enjoy and a selection of Asian dishes. Coffee pot was not replenished. Breakfast is supposed to be available until 1000, but if you arrive after 0900, forget it. An acceptable hotel, but we only use it because of proximity to hospital.

05.02.2020 4F Standard Studio. 2 nights. Personal overall impression is ”normally good.” Since it is still a new SA, there are few buildings and equipment that are damaged. There are two entrances. (Maybe the general residence and rental? are separated.) Personally, having a bathtub is a plus factor. Also, the TV channel is a plus factor that you can watch about 3 Japanese commercial broadcasting stations. You shouldn't expect the view from the room. However, although I didn't go this time, the view on the rooftop (8 F level) looks good. Lawson 108 is facing the road in front. Close to Tuccom (bus station). It takes less than 10 minutes on foot. Shopping at the underground TOPS, not as large as Robinson's underground TOPS, so there are few assortments, but the same is true for wallets. It's a little south on the east side of Sukhumvit Road, so it's far from downtown and coastal parks, so you're a little prepared to walk. Especially in the daytime, it's painful when it's sunny. Bitter smile. Instead, the price is not cheap, but not expensive.

This is a cozy little hotel. We had a pleasant two bedroom unit. The beds were quite comfortable. Walls seemed a bit thin, could hear neighbours bed squeaking ! A very quirky shower, but fine, once you sort it out, getting prematurely wet in the process. Basic breakfast, but adequate. About 15-20 min walk to the Robinson's area, 10 min to other restaurants. 20 min to fishing boat pier. Staff lovely, but a bit sluggish at breakfast time replenishing coffee and food items.
