This is family hotel however the kid pool seem a bit small. The hotel is clean and staff is helpful. One thing you should know is the hotel has not enough space for the car parking you have to park others and take the golf car to the hotel. Near hotel has the seafood restaurant which has a good view and delicious.

Strategic location surrounding with nice food. As a 5 star hotel, some policies for example tooth brush only provide upon request, charge on extra water should be revisit / review.

The location was right in the center, very convenient and close to everything. The staff were helpful, and the room’s design, layout, and amenities were thoughtful and spacious. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. It seemed like the room had been cleaned in a rush, possibly due to a staff shortage.

I got a million of the views from the room, giving to me chilling among hard work in the week. -Most guests are thai and japanese , rarely see others -There are many parking -There is a security guard who helps you and your car go to main road. -All facilities are good condition like sauna, pool ,gym. -all front are very polite and excellent service. -small chair in the toilet makes me surprised help me a lot from struggling

I have a comfortable stay with my team at Racha Residence. Though the place might be slightly old, the place is well clean, the receptionist is just amazing, I never got her name but they worked on 14/11-15/11. Thank you again for the kind service. There is a lot of malls nearby from Robinson to Aeon Max Value. Also there is nearby convenience stores, restaurant, it's just well rounded.

The hotel is worth of money, although some amenities you need to ask to be given but all of it is very good quality. Despite the swimming pool is a bit small but the room is fantastic and spacious.

Ideal for a good night's sleep, as the room is perfectly set up for it. The room isn't overly spacious, but the bed and pillows are wonderfully soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. A minor point about the bathroom: while the shower and toilet are separated, both spaces are a bit cramped. There's a noticeable gap under the bathroom door, and it lacks a lock, which affects privacy. Complimentary ice is always available downstairs. The mini-fridge is quite small, only suitable for chilling drinks.
