The hotel is located in the very center, near Arbat, Shymkent Plaza is 10 minutes walk away, there is a Madeleine cafe and a couple of restaurants nearby!!!
There is a Starbucks nearby.
The room is spacious, the bed is soft and comfortable!!

Overall, a good hotel, nice interior, breakfast was quite satisfactory for us and the kids. The only thing is that if you come closer to closing time, there will be a lot of already cold dishes. It seemed to us that there were too many baked goods.
We were a little confused that when checking out, we had to wait until our room was checked (suddenly, we took something from the minibar). This, as they say, left a bad aftertaste, I have never seen anything like this anywhere in the world)))
And there is no entertainment for children in the hotel itself. There is a water park nearby, an amusement park across the road.
