Would be helpful if front service staff are knowledgeable in local information, ie places of interest and local restaurants.

2 things - (1) should have fly screen, to avoid mosquito. Room can be quite warm even in late November.
(2) Stayed in different rooms on different week. Both times, the bar fridge isn’t cold. Had Luke warm drinks, not good!

Excellent stay — clean, cosy & delicious cookies!
I had a wonderful experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton. From the moment I checked in, everything felt well-organized and welcoming. The hotel is spotlessly clean — not just in the rooms but also in hallways, elevators and common areas. The overall atmosphere is very cosy and comfortable, with thoughtful details that make you feel at home.
The staff were polite, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and of course I have to mention the famous DoubleTree cookies — warm, fresh and honestly the best I’ve tried in any hotel chain. A small touch, but it sets the tone right away.
The room itself was quiet, well-designed and had a very comfortable bed. Everything worked perfectly — great water pressure, good lighting, fast Wi-Fi and quality toiletries. Soundproofing was also excellent, which made it easy to rest.
Breakfast had a good selection and was constantly refreshed. I also appreciated the calm atmosphere in the dining area — no rush and no noise.
Overall, a great balance of comfort, cleanliness and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a worry-free and pleasant hotel experience.

A nice and modern hotel with comfortable beds and a clean room and bathroom. We enjoyed the breakfast — it was tasty, though slightly on the expensive side. The swimming pool was also lovely and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a great stay!

Excellent stay and very good insider tips by hotel staff. Room is very new as it just opened 2 months old. Cheap price for Hilton standards. Come compact with pool, sauna, gym.. excellent!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location, ask for a quiet room on a high floor. Pool nice and quiet. Breakfast good too! Recommended!
