酒店價格比朔城區還貴，但是服務差的很遠，差評，不推薦！
大中午睡覺的時候，直接被服務員刷開了門。
我找出去問，服務員連個對不起也沒有，態度特別差！前台連哪個房間有人哪個房間沒人都不知道嗎？
酒店外觀看着挺好，但房間設施很有問題，洗臉池比膝蓋稍微高一些（比馬桶高一點）洗漱需要彎着腰，很不舒服。無線網也不是每個房間都有，信號很差，打電話給前台告訴我能連上哪個就哪個。天氣這麼冷，空調也不能用。

賓館很老舊。前台服務也不太專業。退房的時候，對住客是否收了按金也不知道。早餐品種很少。暖氣算比較足。過來出差衹能湊活住住吧。

就覺得有坑
電視是擺設
打開電視還有雪花了
房間內擺着兩瓶農夫山泉
喝完了退房的時候酒店要12元
合著一瓶農夫山泉賣6塊錢
旅遊景區也不過如此了
房間真的很一般
在這個價位段裏住過最差的酒店
沒有之一

環境設施有點老化了，房間裏擺了兩瓶農夫山泉1.5L水，一瓶沒價簽，一瓶標價6塊，結果沒價簽的也要收費，也就是屋裡不提供瓶裝水，住過幾十家酒店了，頭一次遇到酒店不提供瓶裝水的，這種行為有點欺詐的感覺

五一期間入住
1.沒打掃乾淨：有上一位住客留下的香蕉皮，用過的浴巾，易拉罐等東西。放下行李辦事等回來發現的，跟前台反應，態度不好“我看你18點多入住的（推脱嫌我反饋的時間不及時？），你什麼意思，打掃阿姨都下班了”我沒發火好好跟人家説
2.前台態度差，不專業，刷手機等（見上一條）
3.不給水，賓館每天連小瓶免費水都不給，連住兩天都沒有。
4.消費不透明，沒給小瓶水但入住看見有兩瓶1.5升的礦泉水，也沒價簽和提示。讓人以為沒小瓶水了放的這或者因為我連續住兩天直接給兩瓶大的得了。退房一瓶收我6元共12元。
5.早餐時間遲，非惡意評價，可以看看5月3號早晨早餐7點到了沒？？
以上都可考證，希望大家避坑或者賓館提高服務意識。平魯人都覺得這個賓館是牌面了，結果就這？？

酒店地理位置好，房間佈局合理。但酒店設施陳舊且缺乏維修，房間衞生標準太低，估計無人提要求和檢查。

交通挺便利的，在平魯政府旁邊，還有大超市，整體入住體驗挺好，就是房間地板木的有些發黴，畢竟裝修年份比較長了。

設施破舊，吹風機是壞的，浴室玻璃門沒了。衞生條件一般。前台臉拉着，不知道誰惹生氣了，問話回答態度很不耐煩
