房間寬敞，浴室空間大，水量大。卧具舒適，性價比高，五星級酒店，價格優惠，很適合旅遊者，早餐蕎麪條很好吃。設施相對陳舊但不影響居住體驗。服務熱情。離崇福寺景區不遠，值得到此居住遊覽。贈送洗浴桑拿未體驗。

該賓館其他一切都好。衹是服務相當的死板。有朋友外出遊玩時腰、腿扭傷，不能去餐廳早餐。就是這樣的啊，去餐廳，餐票也給了服務員，但是就不給你打包帶走，説是規定不允許打包。跟他説了，情況特殊也不行，規定就是規定。衹能無語了。因為腰部扭傷，賓館的床太軟，需要換成硬一點的或者想辦法，搞硬一點。去總枱與服務員溝通就是一個回答，我們這裏沒有硬的，沒辦法。我衹能請他把客房經理請出來，經過與客房經理溝通，經理相當熱情，馬上給予解決。這裏要給予好評！總體感覺服務員太死板了，賓館的培訓不到位。

真的要相信評分低的酒店確實不行，看了一圈朔州的酒店最後選擇這裏，本想都不怎麼樣那就選個星級高點的吧，完全出乎我的意料，沒想到一個標5星的能差到這種程度，整個酒店包括房間都是一股羊羶味，屋內温度17度，浴袍的兜里居然揣着一盒火柴，淋雨噴頭是壞的，浴缸不能排水，前台問什麼都要先去諮詢諮詢才能給你回覆，早餐的服務人員都跟看賊一樣，給每人發一個盤子，衹有這麼一個盤子，你的熱菜，涼菜，小蛋糕，水果統統都要放在這一個盤子裏，真的是驚到我了，還以為KSS到點吃飯了。

差評給前台，入住前再三確認早餐幾點開始，我第二天趕路要早起，前台告知七點開始，結果七點早餐廳沒開門。又去問了同一個前台説可能7：30吧，從辦理入住開始就沒有問好，遇到這個早餐事就不説話了，也沒有任何歉意，大過年一早我去哪裡找吃的？服務得加強
