酒店隔壁客人可以用房卡開我的房間，當時正在換衣服。
電話告知前台後，去前台被告知沒有人。
後面在我的堅持下看監控，發現事情原委。
一，告知前台後，前台不負責任的咬死説沒有人進過我的房間。
二，酒店對處理客訴沒有擔當，沒有誠意。
奉勸各位，花錢是來消費的，連最基本的安全都無法保障，酒店視我們的安全於何地。

以順昌的平均價位，這酒店的服務，設施和餐食完全和價位不匹配，簡而言之，虛假“洲際”。我選的是所謂的至尊豪華套，問題賊多
1.酒店沒有充電樁，最近的一個在溪對面 2km
2.至尊豪華套，卻衹有一個斜屋頂的小小沙發廳，玻璃窗户也是高地錯落的，甚至都不配一個智能開窗，用的洗漱用具全部三無量販的感覺。
3.歡迎水果無，茶無，啥啥都無，衹有快捷酒店都不用的雀巢1+2
4.早餐非常一般，麪包無，蛋糕無，水果2，以及各種主食和油膩鹹辣蔬菜。
5.健身房無...一層大堂衹有一個不懂誰在用的傢俱茶桌和一個非常矮的飲水機...酒店方甚至不願意去如家住一晚看看咖啡機...
6...我也忘了啥無，反正沒找到啥有的。

馬桶是臟的
椅子衹有一把，讓工作人員多送一把，結果送來的是塑料凳子！！！ 還在房間，工作人員打電話來問是續住還是退房，我説退房。工作人員問我房卡呢？！我還在房間還沒到時間問我房卡？？聞所未聞的各種操作！ 因喝茶多要幾瓶水，工作人員告知衹能多給兩瓶再多要收費……

在順昌縣的新城區，附近幾個小區的入住率很低，有些小飯館、小商店。有江邊步道，風景還行。
酒店大堂比較氣派，酒店設施比較新。
有地下停車場，停車方便。
第一天住的是二樓還是三樓，好像是三樓，在廚房上面，倒煙嚴重，一大清早還沒起床就滿屋子炒菜的菜味，上午又是滿屋子炸魚的味道。換了高樓層好多了。
