酒店隔壁客人可以用房卡開我的房間，當時正在換衣服。
電話告知前台後，去前台被告知沒有人。
後面在我的堅持下看監控，發現事情原委。
一，告知前台後，前台不負責任的咬死説沒有人進過我的房間。
二，酒店對處理客訴沒有擔當，沒有誠意。
奉勸各位，花錢是來消費的，連最基本的安全都無法保障，酒店視我們的安全於何地。

外灘州際酒店，是順昌新開的一家星級酒店，酒店總體性價比非常非常高，外觀和內在裝修時尚大氣，酒店設施非常新，乾淨衞生，房間有智能語音小度非常好用，房間面積很大，落地窗外正對廣場和江濱，風景非常好，住宿體驗極佳，酒店服務也很不錯，值得推薦！

這次入住體驗很不錯，酒店服務態度不錯，小姐姐很熱情！酒店環境很好👌房間設施齊全，乾淨清爽。酒店位置周邊風景很不錯，房間很安靜，停車也很方便，有地下車庫，也不需要登記，辦理入住手續也挺快捷的，全屋智能化值得推薦！

設施：全屋是自動的。都可以用小度喚醒，吹風機也是戴森的。但是呢，有些細節不太好，花灑調節閥壞了，調節不了，還得拿根牙刷卡住，實在無語，攜程上寫着沐浴露是祖瑪瓏的，但實際上是不知道什麼品牌的洗浴用品，迷你吧枱上除了咖啡，也沒有相應的茶包。
衞生：這就更無語了，不小心打滑了沙發，竟然發現了不知道是哪位顧客留下來的氣球，就在沙發的邊緣處，打掃衞生時候服務員竟然沒發現！
環境：酒店地處新城區吧，周圍還有一個爛尾的商場以及還未賣出的樓盤，總體蠻安靜的，一覺到天亮，但是非自駕遊的話，就不太方便了。
服務：前台服務不錯，入住時候給免費升級了房間，還延遲了兩點退房，建議辦理入住時候就告知客人給免費升級了，而不是客人到房間了突然致電告知客人，有點怪怪的，這衹是個人建議哦！早餐的品種也很少，沒有什麼可選擇的，衹了碗粉，沒香油了，問了服務員，她就説沒有了，好吧，勉強吃吃。後面要熱開水，也沒有，要客人去一樓，好吧，那我選擇回房間自己燒。不建議大家另外購買早餐！！！

設施：房間挺新的， 應該是剛開業不久。整體感受超預期，才300 多 含兩份早餐，離順昌最熱鬧的街就2.2 公里， 開車很快就到了 🤡🤡🤡
