West Canyon Hot Spring Hotel

If you want to soak in hot springs and play in the water, the hotel is actually a good choice. If you are just passing by and want to rest here like a hotel, it is not worth recommending. Check-in at the front desk is too chaotic. If there are more people in a basic hotel, there will be a cordon to stop the check-in. Otherwise, the messy tour groups will not be processed all the time. Even if you drive, you have to go through checkpoints one after another. In the end, the car can only park under the VIP building. It is too far to move the luggage there, and it is such a hot weather. The room facilities are relatively old and there are many insects. Breakfast is relatively simple and there is no milk. Regardless, the service staff in both the room and the restaurant were good. The Western Grand Canyon Scenic Area feels pretty good.

The carpets are so dirty that you can't even put your feet down, and the facilities are so old that you can't even imagine. No hotel products were used throughout the entire stay. After Ctrip's coordination, Ctrip informed us tactfully that the hotel had a special request. Two hours. If you buy a hotel room on the spot, you can check in immediately. If you buy it on the platform, you need to wait for two hours. If you can't wait, buy it on the spot. It's really ugly. I said we won't go to the hot springs. Let's open the hotel first. Rest is not an option either. Service is super bad. I had a very good experience when I came here more than ten years ago. The beautiful and tall lady at the front desk used to have a very strong sense of service. Unexpectedly, all the staff have been replaced by this kind of staff now. The entire service quality, service level and service awareness of the staff are completely different. The hot spring water is not clean, and there are more uncles and aunts taking baths, and they are smoking while bathing. , I was really drunk. If I hadn’t traveled hundreds of kilometers to get here, I would have been so angry that I wanted to leave immediately. Then I thought about why the hotel should let such a substandard operation go as expected, so I complained to their leader to solve the problem. The problem is, I originally wanted to reminisce about the past, but I didn’t expect such a bad experience. This is the only flaw in this trip, but it is also a pretty big flaw.

Overall, it's pretty good. I booked a hotel to soak in the hot springs for free. There are many hot spring pools, which are all natural and cost-effective. The only drawback is that the hotel facilities are outdated.

I've been here many times and I'm generally satisfied. It's a good idea to have a whole day of leisure and fun during the May Day holiday. There aren't as many people as expected. The water in the pool is changed every day. It's clean and comfortable. It's worth recommending.
