酒店服務貼心！房間空間非常大，環境氛圍非常好，整個過程下來真的非常舒服。

本來就是週末過去放鬆一下，也沒想着這樣的景區酒店能有多好的配套，但真實體驗還是有點出乎意料。首先辦理入住，三個工作人員衹能對一個客户，排隊三人，我在第三位，等待了20分鐘才辦好，衹能説效率極低，工作人員可能太熱了，表情管理也不到位，感覺比我還煩躁。然後是入住，進去就看到地上有瓜子殼，茶几上也是臟的痕跡，想着也就算了，沒有找前台處理。但是到了晚上凌晨一點了，外面還是很多人再吵，忍受了快一個小時打電話給前台，也沒有馬上處理，然後投訴到攜程，馬上就處理了，簡直無語了。然後就是房間很潮，整個酒店就室外環境好點，其他的真的讓人體驗極差？

環境：環境清幽 空氣比較好
服務：服務不好 住在裏面喊開開門 檢票的工作人員坐着動也不動，喊走小路 ，又不知道小路在哪裡，可以好好説一下的，酒店餐廳吃的很少 這也沒有那也沒有，想吃魚也沒有，孩子們就去吃自助燒烤 很是太不新鮮了 真的可以改進提升一下的。

週六我們從水富出發，一個半小時到達，到店後全程有房管人員接送並介紹景區情況，很有耐心。晚餐在樓下吃的自助燒烤，68元/人，菜品新鮮，還有駐唱小哥哥小姐姐，氛圍感營造得很鬆弛，讓人很放鬆。第二天在酒店吃早餐，麪條米線很好吃，然後開始遊玩景區，坐穿探野，體驗感滿滿。銅鑼壩景區酒店真的很好，下次還來。👍

從宜賓到酒店，用時不到兩小時，是避暑的好地方。酒店環境很好，獨特的地理位置，關鍵還有水有森林。酒店的服務，前台和大多數工作人員服務都很好，極個別的服務人員還需要提高。

已經是第二次遊玩入住了，房間乾淨整潔，早餐豐富，味道不錯，以後有時間還會再來的，除了燒烤的菜品，有一些少，其他的都還比較滿意

夏日避暑好地方，風景漂亮，景區裏面吃住行都很方便，下雨天景區裏還有專門接送車，服務很好，唯一不足就是去的路彎道太多，雨季還是有點危險
