Very professional 5-start hotel in the center of Cairo. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have all the information and assistance you need! We had a nice view of the Nile. Restaurants at the hotel are very good. Will come back again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton in Zamalek, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and I was delighted to find my room impeccably clean and well-appointed, with stunning views of the Nile River. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, providing me with restful nights throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of local and international dishes to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the made-to-order omelets. The on-site restaurants also did not disappoint, serving exquisite meals in an elegant setting. The amenities at Hilton Zamalek are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, and the outdoor pool area is a peaceful oasis where I could unwind after a day of exploring Cairo. The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing, with many of the city's attractions just a short drive away. Overall, my stay at the Hilton in Zamalek exceeded all expectations. The location of the hotel is very good , the entrance of the hotel is very nice .i choose it because its new opining in 2025 but unfortunately i  shocked when I saw the rooms and the toilets . The room full of dust , no proper cleaning even when i asked the cleaning person to do it. They just fixed the bed . The bathroom not clean and looks in very bad condition. If the management will not take action and put proper plan to check after there workers. Then they will lose there customers. Room service also not responding directly if I requested anything and took 2 days to do it . I think i paid too much for bad service.

The room is spacious and clean, the location and hotel service are good, but the air conditioner in the room does not have hot air, the hotel can provide additional heaters, and the hot water in the bathroom is not too hot after 12 o'clock. Overall it is good.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were fine. The breakfast was okay, enough to set you up for the day and the gym was particularly good. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the about the air conditioning. My room was always very hot and when I asked why the AC couldn’t cool the room down, they told me that for winter there are no cold options on the ACs. My room was about 28 degrees and the staff suggested using the fan function but that only put more hot air in the room. It was cooler in the corridor than my room. I hope that they can reconsider this policy as I wasn’t able to get much sleep on my final night as the room was far too hot (even with the window open)

Very spacious unit. Warm service beyond expectations. Two individuals were literally amazing. Mr. Ayman the bell captain and Amira in the lobby. They ironed many cerious problems and difficulties we were experiencing. Our k thanks and God bless them

Surprised 🤨 When I arrived at the hotel I didn't find my booking! Trip.com assistance helped me out in a few seconds. Front desk 🥹 Wasn't helpful at first but then all was good. The reception manager was of great help. Underrated 👌 The hotel, the rooms, and the staff are underrated. I only payed $10 per night, and I think it deserves more. Recommended ✌️ If you're planning to stay in Center Cairo, this hotel is in the center of Ramsis Square, with all transportation options around. It's even a good cheap option for near-airport stay. Advice 👋 After booking, reach out to the hotel via their attached mobile number over phone, or better over WhatsApp to confirm the booking and avoid overbooking room issues.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was okay. Although I put in some effort in the lunch part, it was average, so I think I deserve some credit for my effort. There are some problems with the service, and I feel that the service is not as welcoming to Chinese people as it is to Europeans and Americans, but this is also a common problem in Egypt. Especially when I checked out, I saw that no one was moving my luggage, and I finally took it down myself.
