房間很大，位置很好，周圍購物用餐出行都很方便，特別是服務態度很好。訂房後在21日晚上十點左右打電話諮詢一下高鐵站到酒店路程和時間，接電話的女服務員解答的非常耐心和詳細，真的很是感謝。離新興廣場和北秀公園也不遠，休閑方便。

電梯有一股怪味。進了房裡，屋內好像被噴了什麼東西很香，應該是遮蔽味道。過一會發現，除了煙味，怎麼還有股臭味呢…味道很大，像公廁的墩布味，或者發黴的味道。折磨了半宿，薰的頭疼，一直開着房門來的。而且我們住的這個方向的屋子，既朝北又是外面有一層很臟的污濛濛玻璃的，幽暗的厲害，壓抑的很。還有電視，開關費勁，沒什麼可選頻道，而且最大音量都聽着費勁，壞了就修修吧，都不定期維保嗎…優點是：整潔度不錯，公共廊道寬敞，屋內有小桌子椅子。

房間很好，設施一應俱全。窗户隔音效果也可以，睡起來很舒適。房間寬敞明亮，採光很好，室內隔音效果不錯。早餐營養健康非常合理。會是來到其所在城市後的不錯選擇！主要是服務人員温柔細心，耐心迴應，解決問題的速度很快，給住客的體驗感很好！

步入酒店大堂，前台工作人員熱情友好，始終面帶微笑，辦理入住手續迅速高效，耐心解答我的各種問題，還主動為我介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的美食、購物場所，讓人感覺格外貼心。
二、客房服務
房間整潔乾淨，床鋪舒適，床上用品的品質也不錯，讓我一夜好眠。房間內的設施齊全，日常所需一應俱全，且維護良好。每天的客房清潔都很及時，工作人員還會貼心地補充飲用水和洗漱用品。
三、餐飲服務
酒店的早餐種類豐富，有中式的粥、包子、油條，也有西式的麪包、牛奶、咖啡，能滿足不同客人的口味需求。餐廳環境整潔，服務員會及時清理餐桌，保持用餐區域的乾淨。
