屋裡太冷，洗臉池沒有熱水。跟前台反應後，跟我説淋浴有熱水，第一淋浴有熱水沒有事先告訴我，再一個大冬天的誰能去洗澡啊！我怎麼能知道有熱水啊！跟店家反應不但不覺得是他們的問題，反而説冷是正常的，還説淋浴有熱水，網上寫的那麼好，配圖也很乾凈，結果大失所望！

真是嘎嘎噁心的酒店，臨時有事去不了，都不給取消訂單，這樣的酒店我看就靠這種方式賺錢的，大家一定要注意，不要定此家酒店，服務員也不咋滴，哈哈😃
