從進店到入住，前台就説了一句哪個房間哪個樓層，起碼的禮貌用語都沒有，進去廁所好大一股異味，洗澡間的下水道洗久點還堵的，我老公一晚都在嘮叨，他説以後再不住湘潤了，床邊的冰箱上還有煙灰，洗漱間地板都沒拖乾淨，去吃早餐的時候，還聽到阿姨們在議論客人的不是，本來12點的車，早上七點多就離店了

房間挺寬敞，沒有異味，這點好評，但是屋裡屋外都是地毯，設施也還不錯，但是前面是馬路，後面是露天酒吧，我住在後麪的，酒吧太吵了，唱歌唱到晚上一兩點

距高速口近，交通方便，酒店門囗停車方便，上樓有三部電梯，房間寬敞但設施陳舊，用品用具齊全，但衞生不太好。

首先無論是服務跟環境都是特別特別的差還不如多加一百塊錢去另一個酒店環境和服務是沒辦法比的，前台能不能多培訓一下，第一個業務能力不太熟練，第二一個服務態度極差這樣子是做不了長久的
