非常糟糕的一次入住體驗，訂的是二樓的房間，因為到的晚，天黑看不清楚，非要讓我們住一樓，房間一股黴味，馬桶也是臟的。我們去前台問，她説我們就是訂的這房間，這就是二樓。我也是無語，號稱雙柏最好的酒店，早餐玉米餅是餿的，芋頭是頭天剩的。再也不會相信雙柏這最好的酒店的虛假宣傳。

酒店在雙柏縣城查姆湖邊，山清水秀環境很好，免費停車，吃飯可以在酒店點餐味道好且放心，雖然房間設施老舊不隔音但除去人為燥音還是很安靜的，乾淨衞生，洗澡水也大，有一位不知名女服務員很貼心的送來了暖風機，早餐味道不錯，可以游泳（温水），是一個度假休閑的好地方！

體驗感差到極致，388房間，在一樓拿了房卡，走一大圈到樓上，發現刷不了房間門，又下去，服務員從新刷房卡，等了很久，終於進房間了。設施陳舊也就忍了，陽台門是壞的，出去進不來了。床頭插座壞的，充不了手機電，蚊子多，電蚊香沒電用不了。大半夜起來抓蚊子，喊服務員拿插板。。。以後再也不會去了
