A lovely one night stay at The Bull, The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially as I was travelling with my arm in a sling, even to the point of offering to cut my breakfast up so I could eat it 😂😂😂 this was very appreciated!
In my room the shower cubicle needed a better clean as there were long hairs from where some one has washed their hair and the bedroom curtains needed blackout blinds in the actual window recesses to block out the street lights, and in the recess, as people could look up from the street and see behind the curtains. Signage or more visible prompts explaining where to go to check in would also be good !
All that having been said I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others needing a short stay in the town.

The Bull in Butcher Row is an iconic piece of Shrewsbury history. It is an old traditional inn. The rooms are small and clean.
The staff are exceptional. I would give a hearty recommendation , in particular to, Aggie, Mia and Joe, who showed me the greatest of respect.
Apart from a minor hiccough with the heating, which was resolved, my stay was a wonderful experience. Should I return to Shrewsbury I will certainly stay at the Bull in Butcher Row.

Great location
Room was comfortable however the bathroom was opposite the room. This made going to the toilet in the night a little awkward. Didn’t use the shower as the shower head looked rusty.
The breakfast was delicious and piping hot

Great place to stay right in the centre of Shrewsbury off site parking at the NCP easy to get to and £8 for 24 hours comfy bed great atmosphere

Good location , friendly staff . Rooms pleasant enough to look at but bathroom across corridor and windows dont shut properly as broken locks . Communal areas scruffy . But it was cheap.
