Overall for the money it’s a solid hotel. Enough places to sit down and hit plus a super close gas station. The people that work there are pretty cool. Not a pet friendly hotel at all but besides that for under a $100 bucks it’s worth it

My room was okay but they could benefit from better cleaning. It just smelled funny and another guest mentioned the 3rd floor stunk of smoke. The location would be great but probably won’t stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted by a young man Anish, who was very polite and patient. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and you could tell it was in the process of renovation. Definitely an improvement. We were tended to by Jennifer one of the housekeepers who made sure we had all of our needs met. Breakfast was decent for the most part. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My family an I stayed there for 3 nights .We were evacuating from a hurricane .It was a nice place ,the people were fabulous and very helpful to us. Looks like they are getting it together since they just purchased the place. I would stay again if I were in the area.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff and good amenities. It’s conveniently located close to the airport and everything you could want to do in Shreveport is within a short driving distance from there. For the price per night you get more than what you pay for with this hotel.

We knew with the budget price and location by the airport that his would be a no frills overnight stay. The property has seen a lot of wear and tear, but is currently under renovation. The room was comfortable and fairly clean. The big disappointment was expected breakfast and going down to empty counters at peak breakfast time. Skimpy sausage and eggs, no bread, no cereal, no fruit, no dairy. We had to check out and find another breakfast option which put us in a time crunch and impacted the rest of our day. If they had told us he might before that supplies were limited, we could have adjusted our plans.

We stayed for two nights. On the first night we had to move rooms three times for various reasons: 1. First room heat was set to 85 so we turned it down and opened a window only to find out the window wasn’t secure and that’s a problem since we were in the first floor. 2. The second room was haphazardly slapped together, missing curtains, extremely loud ac unit, only two channels on the tv, but the window could be secured. 3. Our final room change was extremely filthy (see pics from bathroom) and smelled heavily of BO. Plus the room was a nonsmoking room and there was cigarette ashes under a nightstand (see photo). We also encounter large roaches in the hallway and terrible plumbing with the shower/bathtub faucets. It was clear to see they are trying to renovate this hotel. The staff stay to themselves unless there is a problem, or they need your room. Our checkout was for noon, they started coming to the door at 9a to rush us out. Will not be coming back to stay.
