This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And I have stayed in a lot. Saying it was terrible is being kind. Dirty.dirty. Dirty. Health inspectors should close it down. No hot water. Garbage piling up. No breakfast. No pool. Staff useless. Wouldn’t take my shoes off. Floor Shame on ******* for allowing it

I was upgraded to a suite, the tub was rusted, and the sink in the kitchen part had food in it with ants on top of the food, but the front desk ladies was very polite and knowledgeable of their job, if the tub was replaced and the cleaning crew was more caring, it’s really a nice place

When i got there i discovered there wasn't any of the amenities that they had online also they booked my room knowing that they didn't have hot water. Was also told they would cancel my reservations and refund me my money and they didn't.

Horrible pool area. Hot tub is not operational. No wifi in the room. Dirty bathroom. Missing light bulbs, broken remote

We walked into the room spent 5 minutes then left and went to a different hotel. Paint on floor, dirty bedding, it was terrible

Wi-Fi was not working , heat wasn’t working had to switch rooms after got settled , my child stepped on a screw , indoor pool wasn’t working , staff was rude and barely there I Kept having to go to the front desk for everything we had no towels it’s so much more

Changed rooms three times. Everything dirty and broke. Wifi not connected. Dirtiest ran down place. I will never go thru ******* again.

My room was canceled. The hotel had “overbooked” and said because I used a 3rd party to book (**********) I was bumped. Furious at ********** and Ramada.

Room was terrible. Not clean, no towels, no toilet tissue, ceiling towels falling in, dog hair, sheets a nd pillow cases not clean. Need I sag more!

No food the inside pool was cold. Was gone hours…Came back My room was open & room keys wasn’t working!!!!!! The building had less to no wifi..Had to use my HOTSPOTS…

My stay was not good at all. Room was dirty. The floors were sticky. The towels were stiff like they have been there for weeks.

Horrific! Arrived with my 7-year old daughter after a 6-hour white-knuckle drive through storms from Dallas. The parking lot and interior were completely empty. Without even a hello the receptionist said we’re sold out and you need to go to ********** to get your money back! I had to go to three adjacent hotels to find a room. The locals say this Ramada has not been operating for years. You must remove them from your site before there is legal action against you.

This property is really run down. Upon arrival it looks as if this hotel is closed for business. The entire main lobby and rooms are not being used. If you stay here, do so at your own risk. Security issue..My room door was left cracked by one of the hotel staff members for over 6 hours.

GROSS GROSS GROSS. I am relocating to Florida and stopped here to spend the night. I had made my reservation on **********. When I got to the hotel. I should of suspected that someone was wrong. No cars in the parking lot. The front desk clerk who turned out to be the general manager said that I had received a free upgrade to a suite in the executive only suites. When I got to my room. There was a bag of trash outside my room and a pile of dirty towels. I walked in there was very strong smell of cigar smoke. The doors were damaged, and the entrance door would not lock, and the security latch was missing. The curtains were dirty and there were stains on the carpets and walls. The shower was GROSS. The bathtub was dirty. I can go on and on but I will stop here. AVOID this place. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves and this property. It should be closed. Red tagged by the health department.

Pro: didn’t find any bedbugs. Night staff very nice, efficient. Cons: no food/drinks, not even coffee. Hot tub broken, a/c in room broken, pool dirty, halls cluttered with stuff. Outside doors didn’t lock. I think we were the only guests! Needs to be shut down until their “Renovations” are done. This used to be such a nice hotel.
