Super 8 by Wyndham Show Low

As quickly as we unpacked we realized we had to REPACK and get out of there! The room was filthy, linens were stained and the smell throught the building was unbearable! Tried to call the front desk just to find out that the phone didn't even work. When we went to the front desk to relay our concerns and request a refund the owner shrugged his shoulders and simply replied "Oh well, there's a Holiday Inn down the road". Because we booked with ******* he refused to help. Attempting to get in touch with someone at ******* has been impossible. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Worst stay ever The only good thing I can say is the bed was comfortable. The male manager was rude, loud and did not respect travellers needs. He spoke very rudely to people checking in. The breakfast was poor. The rooms needed some serious cleaning. I get that the hotel is old, but you could keep it clean. Will never stay there again.

The property is run-down and very unkempt. Hallways and stairs have accumulated detritus. Parking area is weedy and again is not swept.

We liked this hotel so well we decided to come back. The manager was so nice, she gave us our same room, which we loved. The rooms are clean and spacious and the shower is excellent.

You get what you pay for it this place is cheap but it also doesn't have much to offer it's old run down and dirty.

Breakfast was supposed to be included. When i went to the area it was disgusting. There were two cereal dispensers with maybe two cups of cereal in them. There was a piece of toast just sitting in the toaster and the bread looked horrible. There was a waffle maker and the batter looked nasty. Coffee was very strong and only sugar and powdered cream available. On to the room. Tv remote only half worked. Pillows were small and had no support. The AC did not work. The bathroom sink filled with water and drained very slow. The entrance door has a 2” gap at the bottom so light and voices come thru. Lastly, the whole building smelled like Curry. The only thing I did like was the shower had great pressure. This place needs some help.
