因為到壽光出差，距離最近的便是這家酒店，所以每次也都是入住這個。對於這次比較點贊，因為入住時房間裏已經插了房卡取電，並且空調暖風是打開狀態，免去了自己進去房間，還要等待空調取暖的狀態。

優點：
1被子枕頭較為舒服
2房間設施較新
缺點
1前台服務意識有待加強
2空調熱風壞的 在只有幾度晚上毫無舒適感覺 甚至很冷 體驗感差
3洗澡水忽冷忽熱
4隔音差 隔壁打呼如同枕邊
5早餐一般
6周邊吃飯不方便必須開車距離

地理位置很好，但是並不好找因為實際上是悦楓酒店，房間如圖但是打着兩個酒店的名頭價格實際上也有相差，一共行程未知第一天和家裡人一共定了兩間，因為換了環境認床關係所以一直睡不好到早上六點多才睡着，結果早上9.55分有客房先敲門再按門鈴接着就是直接刷卡進門，聽到門鈴的時候已經被吵醒去開門，開門直接已經刷卡進房間…我簡直炸裂從來沒有遇見過這樣的酒店，早上9.55分客人沒退房就進房間打掃衞生！後實在很生氣就打電話去前台投訴！但是神奇的是電話只是單方面的，因為衹能前台打來房間，房間按照電話上面的提示並不能撥通任何和前台的聯繫方式！之後客房經理有來表達歉意但是實在是沒睡好心情非常惡劣，結果可想而知直接煩躁的睡不着了！因為怕麻煩不想換酒店第二天晚上繼續續住了，第三天早上沒有受到客房的打擾，中午11.40左右前台打來電話問是否續住，高知是續住，隔壁家裡人因為有事要離開所以在中午12點前退房離開了，我獨自繼續待在酒店裡到下午兩點等外賣送達的時候，前台繼續打電話來問是否續住？高知已經説了續住！前台説讓網上現在就下單！我説等會下去會下，因為有兩個酒店價格的疑問想當面諮詢，雖然相差沒多少錢，但是心裏膈應！結果前台態度不善的繼續冷漠迴應讓我馬上在網上下訂單！你家酒店是怕客人跑了還是怎麼了？必須要下午兩點就下訂單？？？真是絕絕子！住了這麼多酒店也是頭一個！當然！以前住的酒店度沒有去評價過的，這也是頭一次讓我這麼無語的！最後就是客房第二天打掃房間居然連衞生間的地墊都沒有放！真的是一塌糊塗！最後衹能用其中一條浴巾放在地上！還好我是一個人住！酒店相對來説硬件還可以，地段也沒得説，就是這客房和前台的員工不知是怎麼培訓上崗的？
