The hotel is very good, the room is comfortable and clean, and Miss Li Yalan at the front desk provided great service. She helped arrange a quiet room and gave us courtesy fruits. This time when we stayed in the hotel, we left our charger in the bedroom. We found it later, but the front desk notified us immediately and returned it to us, which saved us a lot of losses. When we checked in at the hotel at around 10pm, he took the initiative to ask if we had eaten, brought us some bread, biscuits and milk, and also asked us if we wanted to eat. The room service staff brought a few extra bottles of water and a plate of fruit to the room. She took the initiative to add my WeChat account and told us that we could contact her if we had any questions during our stay. I appreciate her meticulous service and thank you sincerely! After going upstairs to the room, the room is also very neat and clean. The bedding, towels and bath towels are white and comfortable, making you feel at ease. When we checked out the next day, the front desk staff was also warm and courteous, and gave us a piece of fruit and two bottles of water (the key point was that the water was warm). Unexpectedly, during this hotel stay, I not only found peace and enjoyment, but also fulfilled my expectations for novel experiences. Blue Ocean is the first choice to stay when away from home.
