It is very convenient for shopping, banks, snacks, convenience stores, KTV, bathing and foot massage, etc. Facilities: All facilities are complete, functional facilities are well thought out in detail, free washing and drying is available, and can the room be cleaned to order food? The dishes are all freshly made by the hotel, with authentic taste, cleanliness, and affordable prices, which are better than those in the market. Catering is still low, which is great. Nowadays, takeout is less and less popular. I am really worried about the ingredients. Environment: There is Rose Park in front of the hotel, and there is a big park in front of it that I don’t know the name of. It’s a great idea to go for a walk after dinner. There are also various fitness facilities in the park. The room is on the 11th floor. Climb up and have a great view. It’s great. Suddenly enlightened, relaxed and happy, it is so beautiful! Hygiene: Overall it is clean and tidy, the hygiene details are cleaned well, the room area is much larger than other hotels, and the overall appearance is bright. The cleaning lady is also very friendly and will help you if you need anything. Service: This goes without saying. As soon as we entered the lobby, two waiters greeted us with smiles. One asked about the reservation status and checked in quickly. The other brought a hot drink, saying it was plum lemon tea, sweet and sour, just right. It's my favorite flavor. After checking in, the waiter helped me drag my luggage to the elevator entrance, helped me get on the elevator, and then left after the elevator closed. This deserves a lot of praise. I will definitely come here again when I go to Shouguang again.

First of all, the attitude of the front desk and room service staff is very good. However, the hygiene is very bad. The cabinet doors, furniture, and bathroom walls were all very dirty, and even if you wiped them lightly with paper, they would be covered with black dust. Secondly, the water in the wash basin was not draining well, and the guest room staff came to repair it, but it only addressed the symptoms rather than the root cause. Later, we cleaned it up ourselves and found a lot of dirty things. Most importantly, there is a musty smell of disrepair. At first, I was worried about the smell of smoke, so the hotel front desk told me that it had been smoke-free, but I could still smell it when I walked in. I have a sensitive trachea and can feel suffocated by the slightest smell of mold or smoke. We originally booked for two days, but ended up checking out after only one day. I really can't stay any longer.

After checking out and waiting for half an hour, I suggest you find someone smarter to be at the front desk.
