We stay regularly at The Hilton in Shoreview. It's very clean and it's mainly due to the staff, we choose Shoreview. Especially Kim and Mavyn. They are friendly and happy, and accommodating. They make their jobs seem fun, and that is appreciated. We would highly recommend The Hilton at Shoreview. You won't be disappointed. Jeff & Lisa K.

Let me start with the staff, John, the GM, Gary, the assistant GM, Bre and Kim were absolutely fabulous! Always a warm and friendly smile, a courteous “can I help you with anything“ and a warm and friendly “hope you have a great day“ As a guest, what a way to start and end your day. The property itself is beautiful! The lobby and outside areas are clean and inviting. The room is large, well laid out, very clean and extremely comfortable. We travel all across the United States & Canada for hockey, and I can promise you that if I’m ever back in the Minneapolis area, in particular close to Blaine, I will be staying at this property. For the hockey parents : Less than a 15 minute drive to Fogerty ice rink 15 to 20 minute drive to the Schwan super Rink 25 to 30 minute drive to the Bloomington ice Garden.

Grounds - Clean and well kept Greeting - Welcoming Room - Updated room tile entrance and bathroom. Firm commercial style carpet tile. Easy to clean. Decor was clean and updated and functional. Micro, fridge and kurig with Dunkin and 8oclock coffee pods. Bed was comfortable linen was clean and crisp. Bathroom - updated tile throughout. walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Clean I would stay here again and recommend.

Beautiful hotel, BUT...no soundproofing, 10pm "quiet time" not enforced! Impossible to rest! Paid $250/night and soccer teams running wild screaming in hallways all hours of night. And DOGS..barking in hotel, and outside my windows. Terrible!

We stayed at this hotel to go to a wedding. The hotel was clean, staff was nice, accommodating and everything fine. I would have no issue staying here again. I rated a four, but probably a 3.5. Nothing bad, consistent and what you want to expect.

This is a pretty basic hotel in Shoreview. My room was large and comfortable, with a decent wifi signal, ample workspace and many outlets. Service was quite good: The staff was friendly and attentive. There is a limited service bar and restaurant in the lobby. The breakfast is comparable to those offered at places like the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express chains, but unlike those hotels, which offer complementary breakfasts, this was a $9.00 breakfast. Nonetheless, on balance this hotel is a good value and a fine choice for those having business near Shoreview.

The room seemed to be freshly painted. Was like new. Bed was very comfortable. TV was large and easy to use. Microwave and refrigerator, very handy. Bathroom was spotless. Water pressure was best I've seen in a hotel. There are two restaurants less than a block away. If I need a night or two away I'd definitely go here again.

I was staying at the hotel for just shy of a week visiting family, and I had an overall amazing experience! My room was very clean and every employee I encountered was extremely friendly! I would, however, like to shout out Jackson at the Front Desk specifically! He worked almost every day I was there and always had a smile on his face. I typically don’t stop at the desk often, but I was always happy to see him and tell him about my adventures in Minnesota when I would get back to the hotel! Great customer service, and great guy!

Clean, well maintained, clear pool, nice staff. Breakfast was lukewarm, very limited and mediocre. No yogurt, no waffle station or oatmeal, etc. ‘Fresh fruit’ selection consisted of two odd choices each day, like cut up oranges and grapes. Nothing like what I’ve come to expect from Hiltons. Would skip this option next time.
