房間空間大，意外帶私人陽台，酒店位置優越，附近有大型超市，徒步到必打卡點ROZAFA城堡山頂也不到半小時想，房間配阿爾巴尼亞式早餐，十分滿意，衹是羊奶酪有點不太上頭

Hotel Arifi is located from the city centre with just a few minutes walk, right next to it you can find a supermarket which is very handy. Double room was big enough, also good value for the money. But definitely he strongest point are the people who are running this hotel. It is a family business and you can feel it there. Hospitality on the highest level. Friendly people willing to help offered us warm meal after on the house our trip and it was home made decilious tarditional Albanian dinner. Also, you can every evening buy an ''open buffet'' which is 6 euros per person and enjoy traditional Albanian cuisine of soups, salads, grilled vegeables, meats and desserts. When we asked to change the room since I made a mistake with booking one bed instead of two, it was no rpoblem at all and we got bigger room the next day. Before we travelled back, they gave us ice coffee for free which I really needed at that moment. I have been in many hotels, but this place and this family will leave me with very good memories and experiences about Alanian people. Highly recommended! Joanna & Misia

As a family, given rooms on different floors. Dirty bathroom. TV not working. Lightning poor.- can’t see mirror or to read in bed. Heating/air-conditioning not working. In the morning no hot water and later no water at all to wash hands after going to the toilet. Reception girl nice and helpful. Food freezing cold. No labels to say what was vegetarian, vegan or had allergens in it. Charged extra for a drink despite challenging the staff member on this. Hotel is split between two separate buildings, one with an elevator and one where you had to ask for help with luggage upstairs. Breakfast food freezing and nothing for vegans including no fruit or plant milk

Ich war in diesem Hotel während einer Rundreise, hatte es also nicht selbst gebucht. Es war das schlechteste Hotel während der Rundreise. Im Zimmer gab es kaum Beleuchtung, keine Leselampe am Bett, im Bad nur schummriges Licht. Statt Schrank gab es nur ein Drahtgestell ohne die Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen, und das Gravierenste, es gab keinen Vorhang oder Jalousie um das Zimmer abzudunkeln und draussen war eine Tankstelle mit Leuchtreklame. Von einigen Zimmern konnte man auf ein Dach steigen und dirt in andere Zimmer hinein sehen. Das Essen war mässig, vieles war kalt. Die Söhne der Besitzerfamilie waren für die Getränke zuständig, hatten aber wenig Lust zu arbeiten, schauten lieber in ihre Handys. Z.B. wurde der Wein in einem Cognac Schwenker serviert. Die Tische wurden nicht abgewischt. Ich kann nur davon abraten dieses Hotel zu buchen.

Temmuz ayında ailemle Arnavutluk Shkoder kentinde ki bu otelde konakladım.Oteli biri kız biri erkek 2 kardeş işletiyor.Tüm sorunlarla onlar uğraşıyorlar resepsiyonist teknik servis kat görevlisi olarak çalışan hep bu iki kişi.Otele para harcanmış.Oel merkeze uzak .Yürüyerek şehir merlkezine gidemezsiniz .Otelin sadece Fayansları güzel .Ancak oda kapıları hala eski usul anahtarla çalışıyor asansörde 3 e basıyorsunuz 2. kata çıkıyorsunuz??.restaurant kısmı başka bir binada.Mutfak restaurant a açılıyor.Tüm yağ kokusu mutfakta.İnsanlar yağ kokusuve duman altında altında yemek yiyorlar .Sıcak su sorunu belirgin.Soğuk sında sık sık kesiliyor!!Otelin klimaları soğutmuyor!!.Otel sahipleri iyi niyetli ama yetersiz kalıyor .Eğer yokunuz düşerse kesinlikle bu oteli tercih etmeyin.Sorunlar bitmez-çözülmez.Paranız ile rezil olursunuz!!!

Hotel nuovo con stanza spaziosissima pulita, letto comodo, bagno con doccia molto confortevole wc con bidet incorporato (spruzzino). Personale gentilissimo. Colazione varia e abbondante. Supermarket molto vicino comodo.

excellent accueil dans un etablissement familial a Shkoder , cuisine tenue par la maman avec ses plats locaux que nous avons bien aimes , tres bonne reception et accompagnement par le fils , hebergement propre et agreable ! Dommage pour cette famille , l'ouest de Tirana manque d'interet a notre gout mais leur sympathie familiale merite le detour
