I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. As soon as I checked in, I was able to relax in the large public bath! It was late in the day, so there weren't many other guests, and I was able to relax pretty much by myself. Breakfast was also a buffet. I enjoyed it for 2 days. The room was clean and comfortable. I'd like to stay here again.

I was looking for a hotel with a large parking lot in Shizuoka and booked it! It's a bit far from the station, but it's between the city on the Mt. Fuji side and Shizuoka Station. It was really convenient to rent and return a rental car at Shizuoka Station. The hotel was near the IC, so the surrounding facilities were not as fancy as in the city, but There is a convenience store within walking distance, and there is also a sukiya (gyudon chain store) right next to it. There was no problem even if I arrived late. In particular, there is a public bath in the hotel and the rooms are relatively spacious, so I had a really pleasant stay. The staff at the counter are also kind, so I want to go again next time!

I always use this hotel when I go back to Shizuoka. It has a large public bath, and the price includes breakfast and parking, which is very helpful. Perhaps because of this, the number of guests has increased, and the room rate has gone up, which is unfortunate. This time, I was given a different room than I requested, but they quickly accommodated, so it's not a problem. If I could make one request, it would be to change the breakfast.

While I was sleeping, I started hearing rapping sounds and had a scary dream, which prevented me from sleeping well.

The room was spacious and clean, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. The smell transferred to the towels I put on the bed. My husband, who smokes, said it smelled so bad. The smell was already coming from the elevator hall, so I think they could do a bit more to get rid of the smell. Other than that, I have nothing to say. I'd like to use this hotel again. Thank you.

I stayed here when I returned home for the Obon festival for my late mother. I had never been asked about breakfast times before, but I was asked this now because there were many guests during the summer holidays and they asked me about it to ease the number of guests. The variety of breakfast options has increased, and it seems that there are more seats available, probably because the COVID-19 pandemic has subsided. I was satisfied overall, but although I think the system of putting your card key in a box when checking out is good, I was disappointed that even though there were two women working at the front desk, I didn't hear any words like "thank you" or "have a good trip." I suppose this is basic front desk work... I always use this hotel when I return home, so I hope I can leave in a good mood next time.

I made the reservation for a non-smoking room, and when I checked in I asked to change to a non-smoking room, but they gladly accommodated and gave me an upgrade.

It's a clean hotel with plenty of parking, a large public bath, and I'd like to use it again. However, although it may have been a coincidence, there were mosquitoes flying around in my room even though it was on the 6th floor, which was unpleasant.
