The worst hotel I've stayed in so far. It was dirty everywhere; the baseboards, the dust, the stains even in the corridors, the mold stains in the bathroom and rust. The bottom of the toilet was also very dirty and full of "leftovers". The sheets also smell bad and my friend complains that she needs to scratch herself...
The check in was awful, we almost booked another hotel. In concrete terms, you give either a QR code or a code, neither of which I received. I searched my emails, trip but nothing. It may be a mistake but oh well. We had to call the receptionist (by phone) who kindly answered fortunately.
Strong point: close to the station, the reception is nice, the double beds are big
I will not come back and I do not recommend it

The bed was spacious and the area was enough for a business trip, and there was WiFi.
It was a shame that the toilet did not have a U-washlet.
I thought it was possible to get meals there in the past, as it was written on the website, but now there are no staff available,
so I had to go out, as there are many restaurants nearby.

It is close to Shin-Shizuoka Station, but it is a bit of a walk to Shizuoka Station. It is unmanned from late afternoon, and the person at the counter is a bit sharp in terms of service. Other than that, I was satisfied with everything!

Well, it's cheap to stay, so I don't mind if amenities are sold separately. However, even though it's listed as being in front of the station, it's quite a hassle to walk 16 minutes to Shizuoka Station on Google Maps while pulling a carry-on suitcase. It's also worth the price to have to check in and check out by yourself using a tablet. Well, it's not a price that's too much to complain about, so I slept well and it was comfortable.

There was hair around the bathroom and stuck to the walls, which was unpleasant.
Also, it was dark and I felt stuffy.

Except for the close location, everything else is average. There is no one at the counter, but at least there is a phone. They will handle the check-in problem with just one call. Trip.com does not provide 6 codes or QR codes for check-in. The platform has a big problem.
