I had stayed there before and thought it would be nostalgic so I made a reservation, but I thought it was old. This is a general business hotel.

The room and hallway were smelly.
For some reason, I was directed to a smoking room even though I hadn't specified one.
It was very uncomfortable, but I'm giving it 2 stars because I was able to open the window and it was cheap.

I stay at Associa or Daiichi Hotel near Shizuoka Station. When I have the time, I stay at Associa, but usually I stay at Daiichi Hotel. It's enough for a place to stay, and it's cheap. The rooms aren't small, and the facilities and services are all there. The only drawback is that it's a little far from the station. Other than that, it's more than worth the price.

This business hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from the south exit of Shizuoka Station and the Shinkansen exit. There are no convenience stores around the hotel, but they are located near the south exit. The hotel facilities and rooms are a little old and have not been renovated. Breakfast is a buffet and is served in a private breakfast area. The accommodation fee is reasonable.
