The area outside hotel looks dated but there's a charm to it. Hotel staff was very friendly and able to communicate with us well in Chinese. Room was pretty small, amenities were free-flow to be taken at the lobby.

Awesome ! One of our best stay in this trip. There is an onsen to relax after a long day walking, free drinks & hot soup after 3pm at the restaurant. The front desk staffs speak Japanese, English & Mandarin, we were well-briefed on the hotel information and even received an invite to show us the hotel facilities. Highly recommend to stay here even if it is slightly further walk from Shizuoka station.

Everything is good. Free drinks at 2nd floor. But if you have heavy luggages make sure you are careful bringing them to check in 2nd floor. No lift.
Small room bug bath tube. Over all worth money.

Hotel is located about 10-15 mins walk from Shizuoka station but if you prefer quiet neighborhood it would be a good stay :) It is however near to many eateries and main walkway (underground passage way connected to Parche). It is also very clean but they only provide cleaning every 2 days (you could still request for cleaning the day prior if you need). Some staff (& people around the city) may not be ************** or SEA/Chinese-friendly though.

I stayed in several Wing Hotels and have always been satisfied. The services provided by this hotel was Good. The location is convenient from the train station. There is a lounge and onsen on the 9th floor. Drinks are available from 3 - 9 pm. Unlike other Wing Hotels available all the time. But they have a larger variety including juice and tea. They provide rice and soup from 8-9 pm.But we eat outside. Clean towels are provided everyday. Amenities are available at your choice. . The price for the stay is good value for money.

The staff were friendly and helpful with various queries I had. The room was a good size, clean and well-equipped. I liked the public bath and lounge in the 9th floor- good to relax at the end of the day. The hotel was ideally situated for many facilities in the city, with hotel-discounted parking close by.
