前台對客人態度差，辦理入住一直打電話，空調也是壞的，根本不製冷，更離譜的是：早上我還未退房，在睡覺，保潔人員就刷卡進來，保潔和酒店方面一句道歉也沒有，就一句保潔搞錯了。

樓下就是KTV會吵到樓上，晚上睡不着，衞生一般，床墊和被子有點不乾淨，口紅印，地毯很臟很舊

酒店衞生很差，毛巾什麼的臟到發灰，感覺是用過好多年都不換的那種，洗澡的地方沒有防滑設施，洗澡很危險，衞生間沒有乾濕分離用起來很不方便，椅子上的坐墊臟的包漿了，隔音巨差
