這個酒店就是石柱最好的4星級，無論房間設施還是大小都是滿足4星級的標準，雖然有年限了，但是各項設施養護很好，説明裝修用材底子好，管理到位，前台服務熱情專業，響應及時，早餐品種豐富，質量也是石柱最好的，服務意識好。提一個小小建議，礦泉水換成550ml大瓶的，小的滿足不了2個人的基本使用。下次回石柱會毫不猶豫選擇天堯酒店，比其他200多的好太多了，真實評價。

酒店環境很不錯，整個大堂非常大氣，房間的設施很齊全，對十幾年的酒店來説，保養的還是很好的，早餐也比較豐盛，尤其是牛肉麪，味道非常贊，酒店的員工主動問好，給人很親切，前台馬小玉也很熱情，辦理速度也很快，管家譚曉琴也很貼心送上茶水，整個體驗下來非常不錯，以後還會再來。

以前出差經常住，這次帶着長者和孩子一起。應該是石柱最好的酒店了，前台婷婷，YY和馬艷的服務態度不錯，之所以印象深刻，是因為她們看着同行的有長者和孩子，幫忙升級了河景房，正好看酒店對面的鼓樓，另外還推薦了好吃的地方，謝謝🙏。
