酒店環境很不錯，整個大堂非常大氣，房間的設施很齊全，對十幾年的酒店來説，保養的還是很好的，早餐也比較豐盛，尤其是牛肉麪，味道非常贊，酒店的員工主動問好，給人很親切，前台馬小玉也很熱情，辦理速度也很快，管家譚曉琴也很貼心送上茶水，整個體驗下來非常不錯，以後還會再來。

意想不到的一次出差旅行，沒有接送服務，比預期的房間理想很多，前台小玉服務特別好，看到有小孩主動多增加拖鞋和牙具，早餐時間地點介紹的很詳細，服務也特別熱情，大堂寬敞明亮，路過的每個工作人員都問向你問好，感受到了賓至如歸，下次一定還會再來

以前出差經常住，這次帶着長者和孩子一起。應該是石柱最好的酒店了，前台婷婷，YY和馬艷的服務態度不錯，之所以印象深刻，是因為她們看着同行的有長者和孩子，幫忙升級了河景房，正好看酒店對面的鼓樓，另外還推薦了好吃的地方，謝謝🙏。

酒店裝修質量一流，設施維護得很好，衞生到位，位置優越，有兩條河流在此匯合，夜景美，尤其是酒店的餐廳高大上，價格不貴，推薦食用當地的馬武冷水魚，味道鮮美！

每次從上海回老家都是住天堯酒店，這次回去住4晚，兩寶住的非常開心，對其地理位置、餐飲、店內設施、衞生都非常滿意，特別是服務較以往有很大提升，尤其是我們的專屬管家譚小姐，服務熱情、細緻、周到，其他諸如迎賓、前台等服務員也做到較高服務水準，總之本次住店體驗值得下次有機會繼續入住。
