體驗超級超級差，淡季過來入住，房間衞生間返水味道特別大，很臭。房間衞生非常差，床頭地上到處是煙灰，地毯上到處都是黴斑，床單是破的。入住之後房間內wifi無法正常使用，打前台電話，前台説她不管，要我們找下一個接班的人，結果根本沒有人交接。早上退房前台沒有人值守，要求開發票還問我們該開多少金額，我們説按照真實訂單金額開具發票，酒店方還要求我們自己告知訂單金額，請問酒店管理是如何做到一團亂麻的？衞生差，異味大，服務差，極度不推薦。

乾淨，服務好，早餐豐富，停車方便，離月亮湖很近，出門就是大街，大人小行出行、購物都方便，歡迎住宿體驗。

一到酒店前台沒人，立了塊牌子説有事打電話，服務員來了後安排的房間一進去一股黴味，燈也不大亮，空調開不起又去下面找服務員説喊修下空調，出去吃完飯回來空調仍開不起又才換了房間，訂這個酒店是看到戴斯四星的品牌，名不符實，白瞎了酒店這麼好的位置，設備房間老化服務比房間更差。第二天換到康養大酒店與這家價格差不多，不管是房間清潔環境還是服務都好太多

酒店地理位置不錯，有專用停車場，停車方便。
服務也還熱情，早餐也不錯。就是酒店有點年份了，各種設施有點舊了，避暑旺季衞生做得不是特別好。

酒店設施成舊，空調異味大，更可惡的是前台讓你在酒店直接續房按攜程價格付款，然後到了週末就要漲價也不提前告知。大家注意避坑！
