This hotel stay experience was great! The room was spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration and soft and comfortable bedding, which gave me a good night's sleep. The hotel staff are warm and considerate. From check-in to check-out, every step is considerate. The breakfast is rich and varied to meet the needs of all tastes. The location is also very good, and there is also a gym, which I highly recommend to everyone!

晚上出門大堂基本沒什麼人比較空曠，冰櫃裏付費的飲料選項很多，也是第一次發現機器人上居然有酒店的宣傳片。酒店服務人員態度都挺不錯的，不會因為我來回讓送了很多東西而不耐煩，因為早上退房比較早沒來得及吃早餐，下次吃了之後再評價

酒店小而精緻，整體設計讓人感覺很舒適，大堂的休息區有整片的沙發還有吧枱椅，配有一個大的鼓風機，餐廳餐位也比較多，早餐時間看起來也沒有排隊的情況這點挺棒的，服務人員都非常有親和力，下次到十堰應該還是會選擇這家酒店

辦入住之前先被酒店擺出的美食攤位吸引，買了一些東西解決了晚餐問題，味道很不錯，辦入住前台的員工態度非常好，我的問題比較多回答的也都很有耐心，還第一次碰上了很奇妙的陰陽天，值得評價和記錄

從機場出來直接打車到了酒店，非常方便距離也不是很遠，晚上在房間點了外賣，機器人送上來的，退房的時候想吃點飯，前台介紹一樓餐廳可以點菜，吃了青椒肉絲蓋飯，好吃！
總體來講還是很不錯的，唯一的不足大概就是從電梯出來到大堂，覺得大堂會熱一些
