1-酒店設施老舊，衞生堪憂：這個酒店就是原來十堰的漢江賓館，裝修都沒裝修就改了個名，床上枕套上綉的字還是“漢江賓館”。設施及裝修老舊，床邊地上陳年老垢都堆着，衞生間洗手枱水漬也很明顯；
2-隔音差：房間隔音效果很差，隔壁房間開關門、走廊人説話走路、外面敲門、隔壁房間大聲説話都聽得一清二楚，早上都是被吵醒的；
3-空氣差：一進房間衞生間返味很嚴重，整個房間都臭臭的，開了衞生間抽風也不管用。馬桶的水會自動迴流；
總結：平時這酒店根本不值得這個價，不會再住第二次

地方很好樓下負一都是吃的，右邊還有一個大商場，床很軟房間不大，停車不大方便停車場很小在後麪的院子裏，不能直接到大堂需要走過去，因為當天下大雨我們就沒有拿箱子上樓，早餐爛成一批，大家不要選帶早餐，啥東西都沒有兒子衹吃了一個麪包

睿柏雲酒店位於十堰繁華地段，旁邊是武商，馬路對面是個小廣場可以鍛鍊身體，出門就是車站，房間環境優雅，衞生乾淨，適合出行入住，服務員工作態度非常不錯，下次出行還入住此酒店。
