酒店很不錯，前台人員業務很熟練，到店辦入住很快，房間衞生很乾凈，設施比較齊全，環境很不錯，距離萬達廣場很近，吃飯逛街很方便，還提供停車場，很不錯的一次體驗👍🏻

因為參加馬拉松比賽，選擇了距離起跑點較近的IU酒店，周邊比較清凈，購物和就餐選擇比較少，停車場在酒店背後的樓內，晚上到的又下着雨所以看提示不是很明顯，車位還比較多。超級大床房面積不大，但比較乾淨，提供的牙刷，刷一次就有掉毛現象。前台服務很熱情，打電話預留房間和當面溝通都很順暢，並且主動把比賽選手退房時間延遲到下午2點，停車也可以掃碼免費。

總體來説，酒店設施環境，服務都挺好的。但是一些細節，不太行，還是要改進的。
1，酒店裡麪的拖鞋，太小了，擠腳。酒店畢竟是商旅住宿用的，你接待的是五湖四海的朋友，拖鞋不能清一色一個尺碼的，所以要有大有小。反應之後，給拿了幾雙一次性拖鞋。
2，窗户隔音不行。挨着馬路邊，最起碼窗户是斷橋鋁的，你這個窗户是鋁合金那種，隔音就很差了。
其他都挺好的。

房間衞生還可以，酒店服務也好，但吃早餐時拿了個餐盤出來，這餐盤竟然沒洗乾淨，上面一層黃黃的污垢，讓人極度不爽！
