服務就兩個字:糟糕。非要四個字的話:非常糟糕！！！
第一天:車位是地下免費，委託外包的，八點出門因為無人值班出閘口用了20分鐘，值班人員到了後還**賴賴的説早餐都吃不安生。這班上的這麼**？愛吃不吃！多大個臉？結果就是會議遲到！
第二天:宿醉，十一點十分左右門口開始敲門，催問續住不，不續住12點退房！！！十一點半左右前台又打電話提醒退房12點！what？到十二點了？到十二點了嗎？你們沒有時鐘嗎？多大店啊？
攜程第一個差評送你！！！雖然沒什麼L用。😅

非常滿意全季酒店（十堰上海路酒店）的入住體驗！首先，酒店的位置非常便利，周圍交通方便，購物和餐飲都很方便。酒店的設計風格簡約大氣，整體環境非常乾淨整潔，令人感覺非常舒適和放鬆。
房間寬敞明亮，佈置得非常温馨，床品柔軟舒適，尤其是床墊的質量讓我得到了很好的休息。酒店的隔音效果也非常好，晚上睡覺非常安靜，沒有被外界的噪音打擾。
服務方面，酒店的工作人員熱情友好，前台的接待效率高，辦理入住和退房都非常快捷。還提供了貼心的小物品，增加了入住的便利感。早餐種類豐富，口味也很好，滿足了我的期待。

這是我一個月內第二次住全季了，兩次都留下很好的印象。房間格調簡約大氣，床品舒適，身心得到很好休整。早餐也好吃，還有地方特色熱乾麪與三合湯，地下停車也很方便。前台姑娘們都很熱情周到，所有服務人員都盡心盡力，很舒服。全季性價比高，以後還會住全季。

房間很乾凈住的舒服
地下停車位多，停車場入口有點不好找在側邊不在門前，裏面提示也不甚清晰，不過照着維也納酒店的提示走就行了
