先説結論：房間寬敞乾淨舒適，服務熱情細緻非常暖心。剛進大廳，前台的微笑問候讓人舒心，辦完入住，還贈送了一份水果和零食，收穫一份開心。房間很寬敞，我和同事兩個人住完全轉得開。健身房器械比其他酒店要豐富一些。淋浴間水量很大，洗澡很爽。早餐的服務一樣貼心，我和同事換餐位時，一旁的服務員小姐姐主動幫我們把盤子給移到新的位置，細節中體現出酒店的專業管理和現場人員的高素質。退房的時候，前台還特地提醒要不要帶瓶水，真的是為顧客着想。為她們的全程熱情服務點贊。下次有機會還會選擇這裏。

這已經是回十堰的第二次入住了，可見還是很喜歡這裏的環境，進門熟悉的味道，衞生和服務都還不錯。早餐品種不多但不踩雷，服務員看到食品快空了也會及時補充。挺好的

服務就兩個字:糟糕。非要四個字的話:非常糟糕！！！
第一天:車位是地下免費，委託外包的，八點出門因為無人值班出閘口用了20分鐘，值班人員到了後還**賴賴的説早餐都吃不安生。這班上的這麼**？愛吃不吃！多大個臉？結果就是會議遲到！
第二天:宿醉，十一點十分左右門口開始敲門，催問續住不，不續住12點退房！！！十一點半左右前台又打電話提醒退房12點！what？到十二點了？到十二點了嗎？你們沒有時鐘嗎？多大店啊？

非常滿意全季酒店（十堰上海路酒店）的入住體驗！首先，酒店的位置非常便利，周圍交通方便，購物和餐飲都很方便。酒店的設計風格簡約大氣，整體環境非常乾淨整潔，令人感覺非常舒適和放鬆。
房間寬敞明亮，佈置得非常温馨，床品柔軟舒適，尤其是床墊的質量讓我得到了很好的休息。酒店的隔音效果也非常好，晚上睡覺非常安靜，沒有被外界的噪音打擾。
