酒店今年新裝修的，設施都很新，有智能“小兔”，周邊環境也很安靜，能好好的休息。
退房時前台的服務也很熱情，並贈送水和防疫口罩，可惜要趕飛機，帶水安檢也浪費了，所以心意領了很感謝。
唯一不好的就是攜程上的定位不準，導航到小區裏了，後聯繫前台加微信重發定位才找到。

酒店是新開的，設備設施很新。房間設計理念先進，房間智能化管理，一切指示口令即可。洗澡水出奇的好，床鋪軟硬適中，非常舒服。早餐質量很好，原訂的衹有一份早餐，前台又送了一份，很高興。

🚗 交通：離機場很近，大約30分鐘左右的車程，酒店出門就是大馬路，打車很方便，隨便招手就有的士
🧹衞生：衞生做得很棒👍🏻，細節都很到位，有潔癖症的我表示很滿意
🍃環境：優雅而不失格調，整個酒店比較大氣，走廊餐廳擺放的小掛件和裝飾品大大提升了品味，是我喜歡的風格
🔔服務：有求必應，任何事情都可以直連呼叫服務員，效率相當高，房間還有智能語音控制，解放了雙手雙腳，懶人的福音。樓下還有SPA，可以好好享受一番，非常愜意

服務很不錯，房間很乾凈，而且二樓還有下午茶和夜宵，服務很好，4點的車，幫我免費延遲到3點退房，而且房間設施也跟新，房間也香香的，早餐也很豐富，很好吃，值得推薦，以後出差都住這裏！！！推薦，位置很方便，很多小吃附近！

匆忙預訂的酒店，結果到店以後發現訂錯房間了，跟前台説了，幫我免費換雙床的，真的很好，而且在酒店的期間前台服務很好，見到我都會打招呼，很親切，雙床的床也比我之前訂的大，問了前台是1.35的，挺不錯的，到房間了，房間比我想的大，而且房間東西都挺新的，而且房間設備都能用手機開關，很方便，下午還有下午茶甜點，第二天車票挺晚的，也幫我延遲了，很好。

酒店設計很有特色，一進來就感覺很安靜，而且一進大廳，就有香氛的味道，很好聞，辦入住的時候，前台服務很好，還帶我們去房間，給我們介紹房間，酒店設施齊全，很驚喜的是二樓有個SPA和健身房，可以約個SPA做做皮膚管理，做個肩頸放鬆，健身房也很方便，晚上有免費的夜宵是雪梨湯，也很不錯，位置也很方便，就在鄖陽中學對面，過個馬路就到了，很近，晚上一整條街都是吃的，非常可以，以後每次來看娃都住着，性價比很高。

乘着五一開車來十堰玩，隨機訂的酒店，比我想象的好很多，剛訂一會就有酒店的工作人員聯繫我們，給我們安排房間，到了酒店，一進門味道香香的很好聞，辦入住的時候前台小姐姐説話也很温柔，服務態度也很好，入住辦理的很快，到房間，房間也很乾凈，而且屋裡還有一個小沙發，房間的水和飲料都是免費的，衞生間還有梳粧台，整個房間設備都不錯，酒店還送了一份伴手禮給我們，非常貼心，而且2樓還有免費的夜宵和甜點也是很有性價比，下次來十堰還住這裏。
