很滿意的一家酒店，前台給延遲了退房，還給免費升級了房間，很不錯哦，停車也是免費的，到萬達七八分鐘就到了很近，酒店中餐晚餐都有的，適合商務出差入住

萬達廣場對面，吃飯消費很方便，因為和其它酒店還有寫字樓共用停車場車位比較緊張，總體服務態度不錯，早餐還行.

Очень чистый номер, новая мебель. Персонал на рецепшн приветливый и обходительный. Завтрак в ресторане очень понравился. Также у отеля хорошая локация, всего 10 минут на такси от ЖД вокзала Шиян Ист. Рядом находится торговый центр Ванда, есть куда сходить вечером. И хороший вид из окна.

半夜抵達，入住方便，房間整潔，年費停車，就是需要無煙房的一定要註明。

房間沒問題，符合維也納一貫的水準，服務有待提升，晚上十點半入住時，專門諮詢白天的高鐵站免費送站情況，前台不耐煩的告知早上9點後，可以送，衹要車在就可以送。第二天早上9點退房時，告知今天沒車送，司機這幾天請假了。難道酒店前台不知道司機請假嗎？而且為什麼面對賓客的諮詢，要這麼不耐煩呢？這項服務可以沒有，但既然打了這麼大的招牌説有，希望就要服務到位。
