房間很小，早餐種類可能是為了節約成本，種類很少，差強人意，衞生我在地上看見了一跟煙，讓我心裏有點膈應，半夜可能樓上的在沖廁所，一直水聲音很大，還有就是這個窗簾居然拉不上，透光，對於我這種白天睡覺不能見光的人來説是種折磨，總之一夜沒睡好，被子衹要是翻身，摩擦的聲音也很大，無語了，跟我第一次入住的白玉蘭好感度差太多，第一次住覺得200多值，這次我覺得價格在130-150的酒店，但是前台小姐姐們服務都很好，我覺得是酒店本身的問題

這家白玉蘭的整體裝修是那種簡約又不失格調的風格，在這家酒店入住期間住的很舒服很安心，特別是服務方面非常的貼心，辦理入住時告知了我電梯需要刷卡、無線網密碼、早餐位置和時間、退房時間等等，前台小姐姐説的也特別仔細，邊告知我這些訊息邊辦理入住效率很高，酒店的位置也特別好周邊吃飯、逛街都很便利，酒店門口就有公交站，出行乘坐公共交通也很方便，房間燈光設計的也非常合理，基本每個燈都有控制開關特別方便，浴室還專門準備有防滑墊，我不太習慣穿一次性拖鞋，告知了前台，前台立馬讓客房給我送了防滑的非一次性拖鞋，房間設施很完善，樓層很高視野特別好還很安靜，真的要誇一下房間裏提供的茶包特別好喝喝着很香，整體入住下來感受特別棒

從預訂到退房全程體驗絲滑，完全沒有踩雷，是本次行程最滿意的安排之一。酒店整體給人一種温馨又專業的感覺，無論是硬件設施還是服務細節都做得很到位，絕對是同價位裏的佼佼者。重點誇誇前廳的小姐姐！我到店時有點晚，他們全程笑臉相迎，辦理入住速度超快，還主動告知了酒店的設施位置等等。第二天退房時發現我落下了充電器，他們很快幫忙收好並聯系我，這種細心真的太加分了，特別暖心酒店位置選得特別好，離我要辦事的商圈很近，步行大概10分鐘就到了。周邊還有公交站，打車也很方便，晚上出來逛夜景、吃小吃都很安全，對於不熟悉路況的外地人來説太友好了。衞生這塊真的沒話説！從大堂到走廊再到房間，每個角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，桌面、床品、衞生間都一塵不染，連牀頭櫃後面這種細節處都沒有灰塵。床品看着潔白整潔，毛巾浴巾也都是乾爽柔軟的，住着特別放心。總之，這次在白玉蘭酒店的入住體驗真的太太太滿意了，服務、位置、設施、衞生每一項都做得很出色，已經把這家酒店推薦給同事和朋友了，下次來十堰肯定還住這裏！強烈推薦給大家，來十堰選它準沒錯～

必須給白玉蘭酒店一個大大的贊！整體評價滿分！作為錦江旗下的品牌，品質果然有保障，風格簡約又不失温馨，給人一種回家的感覺，特別親切。價格真的很良心，這個價位能住到這麼好的酒店，太值了。預訂特別方便操作簡單，到店後前台小姐姐服務態度超好，辦理入住速度很快，還主動介紹了酒店的設施，特別貼心。位置絕佳，靠近主幹道，打車、坐公交都很方便，而且周邊環境不吵，晚上休息很安靜。房間空間很大，佈局合理，一點不侷促，尤其是衣櫃空間很足，放行李特別方便。裝修是我喜歡的風格，淺色調為主，顯得特別明亮乾淨，搭配的裝飾也很有品味。

這家酒店的停車場特別方便，酒店斜對面就有國家電網的充電樁，新能源車充電很方便，熱水夏天沖澡温度剛剛好，無線網都是獨立的，網速賊快，床墊睡着很舒服不會過軟也沒有很硬，不論是前台的還是客房的工作人員服務態度都特別用心，整體入住很舒服
